Excellent location with beautiful views, and super friendly and helpful staff. I'd also like to point out that this place is owned by a local, in contrast to the vast majority of other hotels (and airbnbs) around the lake that are owned by wealthy foreigners, who often pay their indigenous workers very low wages (I befriended one such worker so she told me this - she and her colleagues were paid $10/day by a foreigner who made thousands a month). I think it's really important to support locals and discourage wealthy foreigners from buying up all the indigenous land, so supporting local-owned businesses is a good way to do that in my opinion. The staff is also super kind and helpful with anything you need. I had a big spider in my room one night (which can happen anywhere on the lake, because youre very close to nature - not the property's fault), and someone from the staff took care of it for me and then took their time to search everywhere inside and right outside my room to make sure I wont have any unpleasant surprises. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced for what it is. It's really convenient to have a restaurant as part of your hotel, especially in a town like this where it's hard to find dinner without a reservation. Showers are hot as well which is great. All in all, I highly recommend staying here!

No wifi in the rooms (theres only wifi in the restaurant), but thats not an issue if you bring a book or something for entertainment when you aren't out and about

The views here are spectacular!!! Right off the dock. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was cleaned every morning. The staff is also very nice! Breakfast at the restaurant is great as well!

Con was that there was a dog playing on the roof at night which was very loud but that is not their fault. Also a little nosier since it’s by the dock but it didn’t bother me much as i was exhausted and just slept through it. Also the food and coffee at the restaurant took a long time to be served but i imagine thats because everything is made fresh on site. Just fyi if you’re starving, you will have to wait a while.

Such a beautiful view. It's the perfect hotel to read a book and be lazy.

Bring your earplugs. The hotel is located between two hostels and it's right near the dock so you'll hear the sounds of boats and tuk tuks from about 6am.

Our stay at Hotel Arca de Noé was absolutely wonderful! The location is unbeatable, right on the shores of Lake Atitlán, offering breathtaking views of the water and surrounding volcanoes. Waking up to such a stunning panorama was a highlight of our trip. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, creating a peaceful retreat. The breakfasts were delicious, freshly prepared, and a great way to start the day. The staff was warm and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a serene and unforgettable experience!

The views over the lake are great! The space is really beautiful with a big garden. There is a nice restaurant with good food. We had the best shower we had in Guatemala so far!

The blanket was a bit small for 2 people. The hotel is next to the ferry and there aren’t many restaurants in that part of the village (we found only 3), but the ones that are there are nice

The room was clean and comfortable with incredible view of the lake, and very nice seating outside.

To get to the hotel you need to take a shuttle boat which is more expensive for tourists.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and has an amazing view of the lake. There is a walking trail just below the property that will take you directly to kayak/paddle board rentals, souvenir shops and continues on to be a hiking trail. The restaurant serves a great breakfast, lunch, and dinner and have a nice happy hour everyday from 3-5 with drink selection.

The beds are very firm and the pillows are lumpy. Also to pay with card is done through a website and can take some time due to Wifi connectivity issues. If you do not speak Spanish I anticipate you may have some troubles communicating your needs or receiving help although the staff is very kind. Also the location can be noisy at night due to its location to the boat dock and taxi cabs taking people up to the town. Additionally the stray dogs can bark and fight at night.

The location and view from the property were amazing and one of the best on Lake Atitlan. The staff was friendly and attentive

The property is close to the ferry terminal meaning that there is some early morning noise that didn’t bother us too much but I can see it being an issue for others.

I really like the grounds and the location. Right next to the docks, has restaurant, has access to the lake and we even went swimming there.

The room we stayed in was nice and quite but has issue with hot shower and had bunch of ants and powders in the bathroom. Beds were a little too hard for my liking.

Our view was amazing of the lake and volcanos! The Bungalow was very cute with a rustic setting! Staff was super attentive . Close to the water taxi shuttle!!!

Hostel down the way was loud at night but shut down by 10pm.
