We enjoyed our stay at this cute condo. Clean, nice bright coastal design. Perfect size and comfort for a couple or a family with a child. The ocean is directly across the street, easy walk, parking in front of your unit, nice pool/lounge chairs/ bbq area in the back of the property in a lush landscape, quiet area to relax. Walkable to Atlantic Ave with all the great restaurants, bars, shops, activities. Close by breakfast and bars within a 5 minute walk. We were visiting for the Davis cup tennis tournament and it was a perfect getaway for us. Thank you for an easy check in check out, great communication!

Would have preferred a Keurig coffee maker, just for convenience but regular coffee make was fine. We didn't find the access to ice, we couldn't find it in out building. Our only grievance would be the uncomfortable pull out couch to sit on. Very shallow, not comfy but realize might be due to space constraints. Hope to return!

Check-in/out is a breeze. The room was sparkling and smelled freshly cleaned and sanitized. The grounds are constantly maintained and pristine. Valet trash service or whatever assistance is needed may be conveniently requested by text and attended to quickly. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and across the street from the beach, beach/swim towels provided in room. A wash station is available on property to wash off sand before returning to room. The courtyard offers seating along with chairs outside the room doors. Ample parking available. Great WiFi available with the room.

Location is excellent, the beach is right across the street. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen is really good, with everything you need. Staff was very helpful and responded quickly to all our needs.

Bathroom is small and has no space around bathroom sink, and no place to hang hand towel. Air conditioning is annoying, every now and then it blows a strong freezing air for a few minutes and it stops. Low pressure of the water in the shower.

The accommodations were fabulous, well appointed, spotless and very comfortable. The grounds are well maintained and peaceful. The room was very quiet for being right on A1A and the unobstructed view of the ocean from the 2nd floor is spectacular! Could watch the sunrise from the living room! Check in is easy. This is my 2nd stay and I was very pleased once again. Will always choose to stay here when in Delray Beach. I absolutely love the Dover House!

Some of the AC vents are aged and could stand to be replaced as well as the shower curtain bar which showed some rust. Also didn't have a hair dryer which I thought odd but don't always use one so no hinderence for me.

The location was great right across the street to the beach! The place was quiet and other guests very respectful. The staff was very kind and fast at responding to requests. They provided beach chairs so we didn't need to rent off the beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby you could walk to so we didn't need a car. We took an Uber to whole foods nearby but plenty of other food stores to shop from.

Very much, enjoyed our stay at the Dover House resort, the office manager was extremely helpful and responded very quickly to all our request and made the stay exceptional.

Everything about the property was wonderful. The location was perfect walking distance to many many shops and restaurants. The service was exceptional! And the location was amazing right across the street from the beach.

The location is fabulous across the beach and near Atlantic Avenue. The property has been renovated and the gardens are beautiful. Lovely swimming pool area

I have been vacationing there since 2008 one to two weeks at the time each year. The rates have gone up steadily due to Covid, the economy and the renovations. We were introduced to that property through a timeshare connection.

The location is perfect—you're literally right across from the beach. The resort is a mixture of old school with upgrades, but the service is like no other. I love the no-contact check-in and check-out, the ability to contact the employees by text, and how quickly they attend to you.

Umm... If I had to pick something I disliked, it would probably be the restrooms by the pool. They need some serious TLC.

The Location is exceptional and the rooms are great! We were on floor 2 and had a beautiful ocean view. I highly recommend this hotel and we will come back next time when we visit DelRay beach! The beach is also beautiful and there are great restaurants next door. We also liked the Sandoway Discovery Center that is just 1 block away.

The location is optimal for beach and downtown. Been there a few times over the years. Staff friendly and responsive. Like the improvements of offering delivery of other necessities from staff. (Complimentary beach chairs)

Maybe additional lounge chairs at pool. Indoor furniture needing steam cleaning soon.
