Amazing. we had the 2 bedroom apartment with balcony was so spacious and our family of 5 were very comfortable. The apartment was really clean and the bathroom was spacious and clean. Across the road are a number of eateries, and the city centre was less than a 5 minute drive. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and always stopped to say hi if passing by. Would definitely stay here again A*

Nice clean room. Good layout with nice, solid furniture. loads of power points, (very handy) comfortable king size bed. The bathroom ensuite was very clean, very modern with an awesome large shower. The hotel area was really quiet. Tanya at reception was super friendly and helpful. Loved the brickwork interior. The Air Cond was perfect, dimmable lighting added a nice touch and the free Wi-Fi was appreciated. The property itself was very tidy, with a 'homey' comfortable feel. The location, to me, was ideal. Set on the edge of town near the start of The Ranges, it was away from town, but still close to it. Night Owl and the petrol station were a 1-minute walk. Brilliant.

Some of the car spaces, including mine, were a bit small and tight with not much room to open the car doors when parked next to another. A 'not seen before' lack of crockery as there were no dinner plates or breakfast bowls, which would have been helpful for the Menu log dinner and breakfast the next morning. For the smart presentation of the hotel, it was surprising, but not a deal breaker.

everything was as i would expect it to be.

there was no coffee machine, however management sored it out for me, i was in the disabled unit (not that i needed it) it was hard to stop the shower wat from going around the bathroom so then you had to where shoes in the room as the floor was wet.

Absolutely everything. Well appointed room. No street noise. Very high standard of cleanliness & overall presentation. Huge, uncluttered bathroom. The sliding door led out to the communal BBQ & pool area. Didn't get a swim as the rain came down! We also opted out of the breakfast simply because the Bakery was across the road!

There was nothing to dislike.

Minor.. but could do with privacy net curtain on ground floor as each room looks in on each other.

Nice sized room with well maintained furniture and fixtures, Comfortable bed and the table and chairs were a welcomed addition. The property overall displays signs of being well maintained and regularly serviced to a high standard, Situated in a quiet but handy location close to a small retail centre with dining options.

Friendly welcome on arrival. Two bedroom fully equipped apartment was clean and very comfortable. Great position. Highly recommend and will definately book again.

Only thing I could suggest is reading lights in bedroom but that's only because I am a reader at night.

A big spacious room and very comfortable. Great value. Staff very obliging as we had a second car.

I think the cleaner had forgotten to replace the linen as we had 5 people staying but only 4 towels and no t towel or dishcloth but a sign to say we had to wash everything up.

It was newly renovated and modern. It was close to food outlets and close to where I was going.

It was hard to follow how to order breakfast. I arrived at 4pm and was unable to order breakfast for the 2 days that I was staying. I was told that the shopping had already been done, so breakfast was unable to be ordered. Luckily there was a cafe across the road where I could have breakfast.

Great room; newly renovated, with everything new. Bed was soft (a warning if you like a hard mattress). Location at the top of the range was quiet, but don't expect to be doing a lot of local shopping. A few really good cafés, coffee shops and a bakery just across the street.

Nothing - it was a great motel room for an 8-night stay. We didn't use the pool, which is only a small one, so we can't comment on that. Washing machine and dryer are $5 per load, each; in case you need to use them. They are quick and effective.
