The room was VERY clean . Nice , comfortable king bed , huge shower ! The hotel was close to restaurants that my wife , & I enjoy going to . I liked the fact that the hotel was just off I-90 . Awesome breakfast . We saved a bunch of money eating breakfast there before departing for the road . The staff was VERY friendly , and attentive !

Everyone was welcoming and friendly, comfy beds, and a bonus on the friendly baby bunnies outside that let us pet them!

It took me a while to figure out how to get the room warmed up 😆 it was 58° when we checked in. I could only get it warmed up to 63 at first, wasn't until the next morning I finally got it figured out!

Room was good, the staff changed my room for me. Staff were really nice

Price was very high. As a retired senior I felt that the cost was way out of line. Also I don't like the Hampton policy on allowing pets. There should be some non pet rooms available. Hampton's policy has affected my opinion of Hampton hotels and i will likely think twice before booking a Hampton again.

it was clean , well lit , smelled good and staff spoke to me like i was family and asked if i needed anything. breckfest was good. this manager has a very good team !!!!!!!

The omelets taste a little off

Hilary at the check in reception on Thursday April 14th was absolutely perfect. I have spent years in the Hospitality Biz and nowadays I am amazed at how little (or poor) training employees receive. In addition to training, employees also need to be able to react to each client/situation with thought. Hilary was professional, personable & treated us as visitors she was glad to have visit. Also, the young lady in the breakfast area on Friday morning was super too!

The room was wonderful , easy access to the freeway.

The shampoo was empty and a light bulb was missing in one of the lamps.

The breakfast was very good, lots of choices. Also, the dining room facility was bright and airy. We appreciated the size as well. We’ve stayed in places where the dining area was very small with few tables. This is a nice sized pleasant eating area.

No hooks for the towels??

Breakfast was great. Location was easy to find and close to where we wanted to shop in Billings.

The bathroom wasn’t totally clean. The radiator cover was falling off the wall.
