Eugenio and his family are going the extra mile to provide customer satisfaction and a memorable experience. Food prepared by italian chefs truly has a taste of Italy. The word « buffet » does not give enough credit in my view to the quality of ingredients and the original genuine recepies. The facility is very clean and offers ample spaces. Room are comfortable and well equiped. Last but not least, the smiles and friendliness of all staff just makes you feel at home. I highly recommend La Toscana and I will come back whenever visiting the region again.

The hotel is just a few minutes drive from Rust Europa Park and Rulantica, and certainly much cheaper than the resort accomodation. It's quite small and cozy. The family room was rather tiny, but it had proper beds for everyone, with good, comfortable mattresses - which is not that common. The nearby road is not much heard. Parking spaces are available just in front of the door. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice. Super nice personnel. We also used their evening buffet, which is tasty and a great value for money.

There is entirely nothing in the neighbourhood - just petrol station and some other hotels - but this we knew up front from Google Maps. The other small thing they could improve is adding some light for the kids' beds - the small lamps are only for the main double bed. Otherwise we liked the place very much and I would return if I am in Europa Park again.

The hotel has free parking for your car(for electrical cars they have also charger). There is market, restaurant around the hotel , in emergency case you can use them but please note that kebab house is not presenting real Turkish foods they are hardworking but please don’t consider Turkish food based on kebab house’s food. Hotel has breakfast service and restaurant for dinner but we have just use breakfast service it was sufficient for quick breakfast. Hotel’s crew were kind and helpful , we want to thanks specially to madam that help us about our car’s charging.

We loved the welcome & the location as near to Europa Park . Very nice place after a long day . Great dinner buffet all inclusive with a wide selection of italian dishes & drinks . Very customer orientated and kids friendly environment which is a plus . Maybe a bit high prices but it’s also good quality and convenient for families . Buffet breakfast as well with a wide selection. Even plant based milk which is a plus nowadays Would for sure recommend this place if you like to have a nice dinner buffet with family . Great for special ocasions as well . Hotel is newly decorated which is also a plus

I wouldn’t say something is bad . Maybe just the prices a bit higher than usual for the area but again you are 5 mns away from the Europa park which is very convenient.

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The dinner in the Italian buffet restaurant is out of this world. The breakfast is OK. The rooms were clean and well equipped. Hotel is only a couple of minutes far from the Europa Park. We recommend this place.

The rooms are a bit small and the beds could be more comfortable. The pillows are too big. The prices are a little bit high. Otherwise everything was OK.

It was really nice and comfortable. The bed was big, the room was clean and the bathroom as well. The staff was great and always ready to help. The breakfast was really rich and the interior was very pleasant. Great location for visiting Europa park. Just 5-7 minutes from the bus stop (bus 7231 to Europa park). There is a supermarket nearby.

Everything was great, the only thing missing was a minifridge, because without it we couldn't store our food.

The all inclusive evening buffet is a bit expensive - especially since kids above 12 pay full price.

Excellent price for the value, breakfast included and right quality and variety available. The family room was perfect for our needs, clean and with super comfortable beds.

is all more than ok. maybe if possible add a sign as at night in winter finding the right entrance from the highway may be difficult.

Absolutely stunning staff. Totally loved my stay here. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, there's a coffee and tea to prepare in the room and the A/C works fine. The Food is very delicious, it's buffet (both dinner and breakfast). We also went to Takumi's restaurant for a change (recommend by the hotel staff, very delicious Vietnamese restaurant).

We loved it! WiFi was fab, bedside lights all had USB chargers in so kids were happy. Beds comfy, rooms were clean and housekeeping daily. Breakfast was LOVELY, staff were all helpful and friendly, Supermarket, pizza shop, Bus/train station nearby. Popcorn machine in reception entertained the kids.... eldest also liked the smoking/vaping area outside that was covered. Very pretty hotel, would definitely recommend and would love to go back.
