Location is good, the pool is nice and the food is of high quality. But staying here was extra awesome because of the staff. The girl at the lobby, Merce, was super sweet and positive. Then there is El Patron, Gabriele. As the Captain of the ship he always looks ready to tackle any problem. Dont be mistaken by his stern look, this guy is very much service oriented. Speaking of stern looks, dont let Noelia fool you. This lady is super sweet and kind. Now lets get to the chefs: all of them are good, I mean the food is good so ofcourse the chefs are as well, but Pape, he truly brings joy to the entire floor. Always smiling, always working hard to make sure there is enough of everything. He definitely deserves a special mention! Now, lets get to my number one. Nieves. If Pape is the King, then she definitely is the Queen. And as you know in Chess, the Queen is always the strongest. Nieves, you are the best. Thank you for your kindness and hard work. You are truly appreciated. Added our selfie because you deserve all the love. Mi amore ;)

Water and soft drinks should be included in the dinner, but it isnt. Thats the only thing I didnt like. Pay for alcohol, okay. Makes sense. But water/soft drinks should be included!

"I recently stayed at JS Paradise Sport in Palma de Mallorca, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach, which made it incredibly convenient. The food was delicious, offering a wide variety of tasty options each day. I also enjoyed access to the pools and jacuzzi, which were perfect for relaxation. What stood out the most was the exceptionally friendly staff, who made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. The hotel location is 5 minutes walk from S'Arenal beaches, and 20 minutes from the airport by car/taxi. The room was on the top floor with a beautiful view of the sea. I could watch both sunrise and sunset everyday. The wardrobe was slightly tricky to open but manageable. On our first day, the button of the toilet broke, but they sent and engineer the day after straigtht to fix it, who also changed the bathroom sink tap. Cleaning was perfectly done when requested - only thing is that they haven't changed the towels for two days, but when we left the signage outside the door, and the towels inside the bathtub, they provided us new ones. Breakfast was delicious - I wished there was also avocado and smoked salmon too, but it's not the end of the world LOL Dinner was good too - we had a complimentary dinner offered for our birthday which we really appreciated - and the 2nd time we had dinner there, Daniel - one of the duty managers - offered us a glass of white wine. The bar was great - we spent almost every evening there and grabbed a gin and they offered us crisps as Happy Hour. I haven't used the gym, because I wasn't in the mood of it, but I can guarantee you that, despite it's small, it's fully equipped both inside and outside. All F&B and Reception Staff, were absolutely amazing, professional, friendly and cordial. On behalf of my mother too, I'd like to praise and thank all reception and F&B staff, particularly the following people: Nieves, Daniel, Diana, Marea, and Jonas! You've been absolutely amazing, welcoming, and provided excellent service! We'll definetely come back again in future xx

Only minor things: It would be nice that they should provide little toiletries such as soap, showercaps,toothbrushes/paste maybe. Hairdryer is available only with 10 euros deposit. Despite the room was cleaned spotlessely, the terrace was not, so I would just pay more attention to it, as we used to eat crisps and peanuts some evenings, and there were some days that it was not cleaned.

I liked the staff and the food , very good 👍 and very welcomed And especially the receptionist Magda , she is and example how your staff should relate with your guests

I didn't like the fact that some of the guests were under the influence of alcohol and they disturbed the night of the rest What is the point of signing a a pice of paper were you are asked to respect the property, the staff and the rest of the guest, if some of us are allowed not to do it . The last night of our stay was a nightmare, because of the people that stayed a floor above us and nearly ruined our stay. I did call at the reception but not much was done about it I think that is a nice hotel , but too many young adults are allowed to stay and they don't behave as should

Absolutely loved the hotel. Spotlessly clean, wonderful friendly staff throughout. Three nice gym workout areas and an outside pool. Never a problem getting a sun lounge or seats in the outside coffee bar. Excellent choice of food for both breakfast and dinner buffets, varied every night for the 8 nights we stayed.. The dining was light, airy and spacious with the tables well set apart. Great choice of food for vegetarians too. Really comfortable beds. Cannot recommend the hotel enough.

You get the odd noisy neighbour but that's the same anywhere.

Everything was exceptional. The staff were so helpful, rooms always clean, great selection of food with friendly and helpful kitchen/wait staff and Yoga/Pilates by Martina. Gym facilities were fabulous.

The rooms need a working safe and possibly a small fridge for water. The safe is the priority.

There were a lot of things to do at the hotel. Indoor gym, a big outside gym, pool, bar by the pool, another bar and a kebab kiosk right next to it. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was big and had a nice balcony. The breakfast was delicious and so many options.

There was no fridge and there were a couple of wierd stains on the curtains and in the barhroom that looked a bit nasty. There was no cieling light in the room so it was quite dark. And the light in the bathroom was also not so strong so it was quite hard to see. When you check in they made you sign a paper that you are not allowed to bring in any alcohol or drink it at your room, which kinda sucked.

Buffet breakfast and dinner were very good. The location was very good, a short walk to the beach but it is on quite a steep incline. Pool area was lovely. All the staff were really helpful and pleasant.

The wardrobe door jammed shut , apparently the wood swells with the humidity. But if the wardrobe door handles were bigger and not just little tiny knobs then maybe we could have opened them ourselves .

The staff was very nice, when we had to check out, but the flight was much later they told us we can use a storage space for luggage and shower after the beach they gave us towels and even booked a taxi. Overall the hotel was so nice and bed in room very comfortable.

I really enjoyed that it was possible to use the fitness when you want. That the staff is really helpful if there was something I needed. Jonas in the bar was so professional and sweet. So the overall experience is that you feel really welcomed at hotel - and as I travel alone that is important and that’s why I’ll come back.

The cork was missing in the bathtub and the aircon didn’t work - I was asking about it, but it wasn’t fixed during my stay.
