The staff were friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory for our needs and the evening offering of beer and wine social a nice addition. all the other amenities provided were appreciated, from the laundry to the swimming pool.

We had had some issues with some small flies in our room that were there where when we arrived. A member of Reception staff did try to help with this problem. I am not aware of anyone resolved this. We kept all edible items either in the fridge or in the microwave to ensure nothing out to attract them. They were a minor bother- probably time of year. None seen on last day.

Good size room with kitchenette and enough utensils to warm up our takeout food. There is a sitting room, exactly as shown on the pictures. There are also plenty of drawer space. We were able to eat in our room at the sofa and coffee table or eat downstairs in the big breakfast room. A nice design of the room is that the sink is outside of the bathroom, which allows one person to use the bathroom while the other person brushes teeth. Breakfast is decent. Tea, coffee, ice, and fruits (oranges and bananas) are available all day. There is a theater room next to the breakfast room with good sound and comfortable armchairs. Staff is helpful and nice. Good location, close to the Bellaire area (full of restaurants).

Wish that we had more choices at breakfast or that the food changed from day to day.

Front desk was over and beyond, welcoming and comforting. Room and bathroom was extremely clean . Bed was comfortable, Ac worked well. All in all a wonderful experience.

Felt like cleaning service was rushing us to come out of the room knocked at 10:30, 10:45(opened the door as well)1:00 to tell us check was at 12 or can we come out now for them to clean.

we stayed for 11 days and dint go out on most days till evening, cleaning was a bit of an issue, as the housekeeping didnt even want to do basic cleaning like changing sheets/removing thrash when we are in the room

The hotel is nice, easy to communicate with and caring staff. Flexible and good breakfast. All amenities are available for a smooth stay. The laundry is free and much more.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean.

Breakfast had many choices but the eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, gravy and biscuits were all cold, every day.

Locked out of room, keys did not work. We checked in, left out and when we returned keys would not work. Even had 3 more redone

Breakfast was excellent! They even left it out for the late comers. Quality of food was like going to a really good breakfast buffet.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Staff was very receptive to requests and generally very helpful!

The only issue we had was there was a dog next door and I guess the owners left her in the room locked up and so it kept on barking regularly or anytime it sensed someone passing their door. That was a little annoying!

The location and its cleanliness. Really nice facility.

I stayed at this location about a year ago and again this weekend. As I felt on my last stay, this weekend the facility was exceptional!! I have to rate this facility at an 8/10. the reason for not giving it a 10, is because that sofa bed (as before) was a HOT MESS!!! and the sheets for the sofa bed we nasty as well.
