Large comfortable room and ensuite. Classic style Motel but clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Fantastic location right across from the water and a short walk to food and restaurants. Wi-Fi was super fast (100+) and unlimited. Smart TV was a really good size and I was able to log into with my own accounts to stream whatever I wanted.

This isn’t really a negative comment but, I personally didn’t find the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom could do with a refresh. We had a minor issue with the door lock which Simon was very helpful and responsive to help resolve.

Reasonable size, clean apartment which was fairly well equipped with fridge, microwave and kettle. Large shower room and effective air conditioning. Good location on the Esplanade with 5 minute walk to Aldi or 10 minute walk into centre of town. Close to harbour. Car parking outside room with small swimming pool area.

We actually booked a family quadruple room, however as we were staying a few days over Christmas we preferred to have a kitchenette with cooking facilities. We asked the owner at reception when we checked-in if there were any available family apartments left. She kindly and generously accommodate our upgrade without charging us extra. The family apartment was spacious and comfortable and suit our needs. We had a pleasant stay. The motel is conveniently located along the Esplanade.

Everything was great.

The room decor was just beautiful. OMG the bed was sooo good. The spare blanket was hygienically placed in its own bag. Products used were sublime. Shower was great. Could walk to cafes and hotel for dinner. Central for scenic drives to Walhalla and Tarra Bulga NP and silo art in Yarrum.

No different to using shower basin to rinse cups etc but using basin in kitchenette just felt a bit different for personal hygiene.

Fantastic location and spacious room. Mandy at reception was lovely and ensured our room was warm and toasty on our arrival. Great communication with quick responses. Large room with spacious living and kitchen area and very comfortable beds. Short walk to shops and aquarium is right next door which our kids love. We frequently visit Lakes Entrance and this has been one of our best stays.

The rooms are quite dated and probably could be updated but it did not bother us and it was still very comfortable.

Very spacious and clean room. Bed was very comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Location was decent, but note to walk to the footbridge was about a 1.5km walk - however plenty of scenery to see a long the way as you walk along the water.

I was only there 1 night so I didn't speak to reception, but WiFi was poor and I ended up having to use my phone's WiFi. The other thing I found a bit strange was how much the floor on the shower sloped down. Having had some leg issues, to stand on a slope whilst you have a shower is not relaxing

Location is very good....shops and cafe within 5 min walk. It was as described and mapped. Room was ok (as seen in the photo). Small kitchen was useful. I was in a caravan park during my earlier visit to lakes entrance; I would say this accommodation is better in terms of location and facilities.

The bush in front of the motel is blocking the view to the lake. I don't think motel authority can do anything about it.

Staff were kind and welcoming. Tea, coffee, sugar, linen and extra pillows and blankets, shampoo, soap and conditioner were provided. Premises were clean and air conditioning worked well. Good value for money. Close to town centre, and right opposite beach walking paths.

How spacious the rooms were and the size of the bathroom. The location, the staff were amazing! Always helpful. The beds were so comfortable and we could open the blinds without anyone seeing in. Our privacy was respected, the pool was amazing.

Location (walking distance to woolies/Aldi/kfc/McDonald’s/beach/cafes etc. and directly across from lake; Excellent value for money (1 bedroom apartment was comfortable and contained everything needed for a family); Air conditioners worked very well; beds were very very comfortable.
