The room was spacious, the bed comfortable although I would prefer the bedding to be slightly wider. Shower has good water pressure. Love that there is free transport to local shopping centre.

If I must nitpick - The aircon is very noisy when on. The drain in bathroom had a nasty odour. The chairs in the entrance lobby are not the most comfortable offering little back support. There were no hot drink facilities outside of breakfast time.

The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms the pleasant staff the pools. Larger comfy rooms. Great location easy to get around to nearby stores and activities.

The noise from the renovations. Also, the digital key card did not regularly work, especially when tried to use on both rooms. The first day housekeeping never came to tidy up our room the second day we had to go to them to ask that they plan on there was no do not disturb sign on the door they just never came by. The pool hours were from sunrise to sunset. We were looking forward to being able to swim at night.

Our room was clean and well put together for our arrival. Everything listed on booking was an exact match. Except for the breakfast which I am sure I paid for. Nevertheless, we chose to do "made-to-order" breakfast for $13.95. The continental breakfast is included in the price. The entire staff at this location was very helpful and friendly. I love the fact that you can check-in and out on the app. The location is amazing. You are 5 minutes away from the airport, dinning options, shopping, and the beach.

The fact that I thought I paid for my breakfast in advance through booking. And I did not like that booking advertised no prepayment and the property called me asking for money to pay for the room. Booking.com needs to do better!

Breakfast was excellent and very appetizing. The coffee was very good. The room was very spacious clean, very comfortable and relaxing. The property location was very conveniently located to PBI Airport and I-95

I have no complaints it was a stress free and hassle free stay.

The location is great, the place is very clean, and the employees are very polite.

The hallway and elevator was hot and I had trouble with my coffee pot in my room. The bedroom TV didn’t work or I couldn’t operate it correctly.

Everything was perfect, I traveled with my granddaughters to visit the West Palm Beach Zoo and staying at this hotel was the best choice, pool, food, staff, rooms everything amazing, I would honestly recommend my friends.

I did not eat at the place because that was unexpected to find out breakfast was not included.

The stayed was fine. But would have been better with complimentary breakfast, it was a lot of us all of them says they are not coming back for that reason.

The rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is on point and friendly. I love staying here.

There isn't anything that comes to mind. Maybe add a Hulu option to the TV but other than that! Excellent place

Renee the front desk receptionist was very kind and most efficient.The dinner and breakfast meals made fresh right there were Terrific. The shuttle service was excellent . We truly loved our stay there.

Everything was perfect.

When we went to the breakfast area they just had closed on Monday morning. Since they just closed the lady was rude by saying we are closed. She said we close at 9:30 in such a rude tone. She needs training how to talk to customers. As we were trying to make a cup of coffee she rudely took the condiments away instead of asking if we were finish or di we get the condiments we needed. She definitely need training.

By saying sorry we had just closed but you are welcome to have coffee since it's still here. She could have greeted us by saying good morning then say sorry we are closed.
