Everything!!!! Staff were friendly welcoming and so easy to get along with. Kids felt safe and happy to go collect pool towels from staff, which was nice to be able to relax knowing our kids were happy and safe. Cabins were beautiful nice clean and had everything we needed, the bed was comfy nice to come back and relax after long days out and about.Pool area was amazing I was not expecting it to be so big and have all the features it did. Kids definitely enjoyed the time they spend on the slide and under the water feature. Pool lights looked really pretty at night time also. Laundry room was clean and tidy and the clothesline was very handy. BBQ area was perfect for our big families as we enjoyed cooking and catching up there. Location was perfect good bar/ restaurant right at the front entrance. I could go on and on we absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely recommend to all our friends and family that will be passing through. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our cabin was on the beautiful lake so the views were stunning and right by the coastal walk. The cabin was suitable and well equipped and we all loved it so much. Swimming in the lake was great and the pool was great too, the kids loved it. The onsite Pavillion restaurant served AMAZING food. There are some great walks around the area and Shelly beach is only a short walk away, plus there are many areas you can access the water. The facilities on site were great and plenty for the kids o do too.

Nothing except the double bed is a small double bed so if you’re on the larger side or tall it wouldn’t be very comfortable.

Location was fantastic - could easily have spent more time here as the whole town had a nice relaxed vibe that felt like a real holiday. Cabin was almost identical to previous experience with this chain and has everything you need. Cafe and restaurant on site is handy although we didn't use them (except for a coffee on our way out which was decent). Loved the walk along the 'v-wall' and up to the nearby lookout points.

Only criticism was regards not the safety of the top bunk where the guard rail posed more of a hazard because of the huge gap and the position of the ladder seemed awkward, but we solved this by wrapping a towel over the rail and tucking under the mattress to avoid the risk of slipping under.

White Albatross has been our favorite place to stay, a half way point between Sydney and Queensland. The cabins are very good, clean very well presented. Location is great for walking, fishing or just sitting. We stayed over Christmas/New Year this time, had to change cabins half way between, the service (time between leaving one cabin and second being available) was exceptional. Our coffee didn't even get time to cool, the second cabin was cleaned, remade beautifully. We are rebooking for next Christmas/New Year.

We have nothing negative the say about our stay.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the White Albatross. The location was perfect. Just walking distances to fabulous beaches like Shelley beach that patrolled and face to swim. The area was so natural and beautiful. We hired kayaks at the Boat Shed near the RSL and spent the day paddling about in pure nature with not a soul in sight. We also loved our snorkeling walking distance from the accommodation. The restaurant next door to the accommodation was delicious and their desserts amazing. We highly recommend this accommodation if you are on a budget.

Easily accessible to main township and local tourist spots! Accommodation is child-friendly with all facilities and amenities available for a short/long holiday stay. The kids really enjoyed the pool area and jumping pillow. It sure is a great holiday!

Minor - The unit/accommodation furniture and white appliances may need upgrading. Other than that, it was still all useful.

Location fabulous, Tavern on site , electric BBQ , walk to beach , air conditioning, large bathroom, very clean unit was excellent , views second to none

Faulty screen door needs new runner wheels , lounge couch need to be replaced , so worn and uncomfortable Blown bulb above bathroom mirror, fan switch broken in bathroom when turned on you can see exposed wires

Everything - the location, the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the room, the little grassed enclosed courtyard for our fur babies, when we entered our room the aircon was on and so pleasant to step into a cool environment, the tv was on a music station playing soft gentle music. We were only there for one night - but wished we had more time - we will definitely be back.

Tight car parking - but this is a minor

The location was perfect: beach front and next to a pub - so happy days!! They also allow dogs so it is perfect for my family. Very convenient and could take my little dog for a coastal walk at the V-wall.

Although the room was clean it was pretty old, considering the price we paid for. The shower had a bad leakage, no matter how hard turned off the taps didn’t stop the leak. At night we had to close the bathroom door to not hearing the water dripping. We had informed the reception at check out so hope they can fix it.

Love the bed and linen, kitchen, TV, all the different facilities, great communal shower, laundry, kitchen, entertainment room, car wash, dog wash, space for everyone. The lagoon and ocean are fantastic as well as the wall and the surrounding shops, cafes , supermarkets and there are two excellent health food shops.

I liked it all!
