We stayed in this hotel last year with my family in a 3 bed apartment and again for 2 nights with my wife at the commencement of our current trip. We returned due to the reasons above and below. Location, convenience for shopping groceries etc. Very spacious 2 bed apartment with all amenities. Most importantly excellent service from the staff, which made a difference. All were good. However, I can only mention those whom I can remember. The jacuzzi needs to be improved.

Excellent location, we walked to a few places for meals and tuk tuks other times. Great to have a kitchen but it was very sparsely kitted out so we could do just basic brekky. Bathrooms are tiny considering how big the apartment suites with a huge lounge area. The pool and gym are excellent. We ate one morning at hotel breakfast and while not cheap it is a really excellent breakfast buffet.

Service at the pool was pretty sparse, needed to chase down waiters. The kitchen in the apartment suite lacked a few basics like a toaster and microwave. Bathrooms are small. Would be good to have some basic consumables like cooking oil and clothes wash powder

Dear Hilton Staff, We had a wonderful time at your place. Your hospitality really made our breakfast and dinner feel like home. The amazing dinner buffet at a flow restaurant. I really like the staff. They welcomed us with a beautiful smile. The staff went above and beyond their duty, We appreciate all your warm support. This is our first time staying at your place and we had an amazing time. We look forward to coming back again. Food was great. In the dining room we like to acknowledge Miss Nipuni, Rukmal, Bandara, Mr Kasun Ajith, Raj, and all the great chefs. I want to say a big Thank you to all the chefs specially who made the Lunu Kathe and very tasty Rasam. So many people, I can't remember the names,front office Jinanjali, Alwis, Vinya please forgive me, I could not remember all the names. You all are so very nice, and keep up the great work! Thank you for everything. Our luggage helper on our last day was Isuru Karunarathna, we visited the bar several times and the staff was very helpful. Thank you. Our first rooms #1605 are very clean and room services are excellent. We loved it so much. This Hotel is an ideal location walking distance or you can take the Taxi to all shopping areas. Elevator waiting long time I believe they are fixing one.

We had four nights at the Hilton Colombo Residences. We enjoyed the sight of the vibrant city and the gleaming view of the Lotus Tower every night from 22nd floor. The dishes, the quality of the food and the wide scale of choice are out of this world. The exceptionally friendly and attentive staff are always ready to fulfill your wishes. Sometimes we lost the way in the 'maze' of the elevator system, but any kind of criticism pointless, because of the level of the hospitality, which is above any everything! No need to change anything, just keep up the good work and stay like this! Thank you for the great days!

High building, the elevator system sometimes a bit confusing.

3 room apartment was very spacious with a lovely view over the city. The air conditioning was very strong, very much needed in warm humid Colombo. The pool and spa were lovely and very relaxing; great steam room and sauna. Buffet breakfast was fabulous, loads of different foods to try especially Sri Lankan food like hoppers and delicious fresh fruit. The evening buffet is even better! The building is a little old but upkeep is done very well. The guest wait for the two elevators was a common frustration but a third guest elevator is currently being added so that will really help. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is excellent—just a short walk to City Center Mall and very close to the main Buddha temples, making it incredibly convenient for both shopping and sightseeing, supermarket are just next door. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and included a nice balcony. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes they offer also take away bags! which is very unique and generous of them.. While the hotel overall is well-maintained, the lift lobbies could benefit from some renovation to match the rest of the property. All in all, it is recommended

Breakfast was excellent. A lot of variety and good taste. The rooms are really comfortable , house keeping staff does good work . The view from our room was of the lotus tower - it was awesome. The two bed suite has all the facilities that a small family needs for a comfortable stay. In-Room dining service is excellent.

On the third floor, the floor tiles seem a little dated as compared to the rest of the hotel , the rooms , the bathrooms all so modern and newly made. Also the elevator takes a lot of time so there should be more elevators.

Staff at gym facilities and pool were really nice and helpful. In general we all had a great stay.

At the restaurant the staff could have been a little bit friendlier and helpful (Unfortunately we had to wait for a long time for our coffee and even had to remind another staff member. When the coffee was delivered it was simply placed by the staff at one end of our table). It could have been an isolated incident 🤞

The property was amazing, we had a beautiful and huge 3 bedroom suite which was bigger than the apartment we had just been staying in for the past 3 weeks! Kitchen was a little dated but we were only staying for one night so didn’t really need to spend much time cooking. Rooftop pool area was wonderful with lots of loungers. The hotel has a supermarket next door but is also also a short walk away to a mall and other restaurants. Staff were really friendly and helpful, all in all we had a great stay here.

Rooftop pool area was wonderful, with a kids playground, however the area is closed when raining, which happened to us when we were waiting around for our midnight flight. Bit annoying as that was our plan to keep the kids entertained!
