We had the most incredible experience staying at this brand new hotel! My room was absolutely beautiful, with modern, sleek decor and every amenity I could have asked for. What really made our stay unforgettable, however, was the food and the pool area. The hotel boasts multiple restaurants, each offering a unique dining experience. Whether it was a casual meal or something more upscale, every dish I had was delicious, fresh, and expertly prepared. We had the absolute pleasure of having a couples massage in the spa and it was unreal!! Overall, this was an amazing stay, and I can’t recommend it enough. The combination of outstanding service, gorgeous views, a luxurious room, and exceptional food makes this hotel a true gem. We’ll definitely be back!

We absolutely loved everything about the property! We stayed in a beautifully appointed suite for two nights on full board, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. One of the biggest highlights was the exceptional service—from our personal butler to every single staff member we interacted with. Everyone was genuinely friendly, respectful, and always went above and beyond—truly giving their 110% to make sure we had the best possible experience. You could really feel their passion for hospitality, and it made our stay all the more memorable. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was peaceful, and we honestly had the best time of our lives.

I had an amazing experience at Cinnamon Life! From the moment I arrived, everything felt so luxurious — the atmosphere, the décor, and the overall vibe were just perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The food was absolutely fantastic. We mostly dined at Indiyah, and every meal was a delight. The flavors were rich and authentic, and the setting of the restaurant added to the whole experience. Such a nice, relaxing vibe that made every meal feel special. I highly recommend Cinnamon Life — it’s the perfect place if you’re looking for a great stay with wonderful food and top-notch service!

I had a pleasant stay from the start. Rabani gave me a personal tour when I arrived, which made me feel really welcome. Gym was clean and fully equipped actually to my surprise. I loved the spa and the massage treatment on a sand bed! They also had some amazing personal care products - quite pricey but definitely worth it - Randi was super helpful and patient while I decided what to get. The infinity pool was beautiful, and the hotel had so many restaurants, each specializing in their own cuisine. I tried Yorokō, the Japanese restaurant, and Staten, the steakhouse—both were excellent including the staff as well. Supun, the guest services coordinator, even upgraded me to a bigger room for a better ocean view, which was a really lovely gesture.

Cinnamon Life Colombo is a stunning, brand-new 5-star property that defines luxury. The service is impeccable, and the variety of restaurants is outstanding—Quizzine buffet is fantastic, the Chinese restaurant is amazing, and the rooftop bar offers breathtaking views. The poolside “Dreams and Beats” experience is a perfect way to unwind with great music and cocktails. While Colombo itself doesn’t have much to do, a stay at this property makes visiting the city absolutely worth it—whether as a grand start to your Sri Lanka trip or a luxurious way to end it. Highly recommended! Once the mall and casino opens up in September and all the 800 rooms go full, this place will be a micro vegas!

Great, very new Hotel in great Location towards the attractions of Colombo with very clean rooms in a good size and great pools and many restaurants and bars. Extraordinarily helpful and friendly staff throughout the hotel, from the great welcoming staff in the Lobby, to the Front Desk, to Housekeeping (Sanju in Floor 9 was great!), the Head Sommelier Wellington, the staff in the restaurants and bars, and all Security Guards and other staff throughout the Hotel. While the Hotel itself is great and on 5-Star level, the staff made the experience extraordinary. Staying here at the end of our two week Sri Lanka trip was a perfect last Sri Lanka experience.

It was a wonderful experience at the Hotel. The room was beautiful and well designed with all of the state of art facilities. It had a nice view of the Lotus Tower and the city. The view lives up to the name of the hotel, “ City of Dreams” . I arranged flowers for my sister as a birthday surprise and the staff paid excellent attention to all the details . Especially Neran from VIP welcome was a gracious host and took his time to give an excellent welcome.

The menu of the French restaurant was bit of a let down.The French bistro has mostly Japanese fusion dishes. French classics like Moules Frittes , Onion soup was not in the menu. Since it’s mentioned as a Bistro, more classic hearty French dishes can be included in the menu. We dined at the Quisine, the buffet restaurant and one of the servers dropped a tray full if water jugs just behind my sister. Rather than asking was she hurt or offering any excuse, the staff requested us to stand up so they can clean the floor.Normally, it’s common courtesy to inquire about the clients well being.

Cinnamon Life city of dreams delivered. It was a pleasure staying at this almost brand new hotel. Staff were warm and welcoming attending to all our request. We enjoyed the beautiful cloud inspired artworks through the hotel. The facilities and restaurants were all fantastic although we did not have time to sample all restaurants during our short stay we enjoyed an incredible day relaxing by the Deams and Beats infinity pool sampling some delicious food and drinks. The dramatic Gants cocktail with a sunset view to the ocean are very special. We were lucky enough to be in an ocean view room and the room decor was comfortable and spacious with clever design features. My only criticism is for a new hotel they have not taken the opportunity to install filtered water although they use glass bottled water still reliant on single use plastics as they provide quality mini toiletry products. However I would recommend this hotel as a special escape in Colombo's bustling city.
