There’s AC which is great and the beds are comfortable and equipped with lights.

There’s no where to put your stuff when you take a shower. Tried to hang my clothes on the little compact hangers in there but everything fell into the wet floor.

I stayed here few days and had a great time, they have the biggest bed ever, comfortable mattress, clean white sheets , towel. The ac works amazing, curtains by the bed, shelf, light , charging place . Outside the room huge lockers with provided key and safe entry to hostel by smart lock. I lived the rooftop, big inside and outside area with tables, free drinking water, tea and always staff there to help if you want to order breakfast or drinks. The breakfast was 4 slice of bread, egg, banana, butter, jam , juice , coffee . The manager is very helpful , he answers all the questions, very patient and with good English. The bathroom is big with many shower and toilet facility . They also have an extra room upstairs with table chairs and amazing view of lotus tower where I was able to do my work. The location is perfect, close to the main road, malls, restaurants, shops and everything you need. Dialog phone store right there , cargills supermarket, everything you need. The train station and bus station are just few minutes away, you can take local bus or tu Tuk for just $1 . Safe location , clean place and highly recommend to not even think twice!!! Book it now !

We were surprised by Philip's kindness and attention. In every moment he and all the staff are trying to help you with a big smile, in our case it was the first time in Sri Lanka and we had doubts on how to move in around Colombo with public transport. The staff also gave us the best recommendations on which spots from the city to visit and where to eat local food. We highly recommend a stay at Miracle Colombo City Hostel.

Miracle Colombo City Hostel is a lovely place with excellent service, friendly staff, and, most importantly, a prime location in the heart of the city. I stayed for one day to attend some personal activities nearby. Its strategic location makes it convenient, with restaurants and grocery shops easy to find and close proximity to Colombo Port City and Galle Face Beach. I had the opportunity to drive to Colombo Port city in the evening, and it was stunning. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the washrooms were impeccably clean.

First and foremost, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Gayan and Mandyy, who made my stay truly exceptional. Their dedication to customer service and their genuine enthusiasm for ensuring guests have a memorable experience set the tone for my entire visit. Gayan, the hostel manager, went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. He provided valuable insights into the local attractions, recommended some hidden gems that aren't always found in guidebooks, and ensured that all my questions were promptly addressed. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made a significant impact on my overall impression of the hostel. Mandyy, the ever-helpful staff member, deserves special recognition for her outstanding service. From assisting with check-in to ensuring the cleanliness of the facilities, Mandyy's attention to detail and cheerful attitude made me feel right at home. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed and even shared some insider tips on the best places to explore in Colombo.

The room was of excellent condition. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great; just that it's not complimentary. The hostel is within walking distance to the Beire lake area, so quite convenient.

Initially I was a bit taken aback by the neighbourhood, but then I realized that I felt that way due to certain biases and prejudices on my part. It was a great experience.

I stayed in the female dormitory for one night. * The dorm overall was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and thick curtains enclosed the bed providing added privacy. * The bathroom/washroom was clean however I was concerned about a broken glass door. * A unique open area rooftop hangout, quite beautiful with the Colombo cityscape, and enjoyable over a beer in the evening/night. * The entertainment room is adjacent to the open-area rooftop and has a great wide screen to watch movies, etc. They had a movie night during my stay. * They have a shared kitchen, with a gas cooker, a rice cooker, pots and pans, with other utensils and cutlery. * We can get food delivered. * The location is great, has a KFC nearby, a Sri Lankan restaurant, and a Keels supermarket is available at liberty plaza if you need to buy something.

The windows could use some cleaning.

The place it is very close to the center, the rooms are clean, comfy bads, very covering curtains which is a ++ for the privacy. To go there google maps will be a bit confused, you have to enter in a little door on the right at the beginning of the street to get inside of a courtyard kinda, and from there you can reach the hostel

Breakfast was simple but delicious. Staff was very supportive and very helpful. Room was clean. And daily housekeeping available so i was very satisfied with service. Staff was so friendly.

Had 02 hick ups. 01st one was toilet flush did not worked properly. And tv was not working properly.

We stayed as a family to explore the city of Colombo. We rented two double rooms, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and what a breakfast they prepared for us! A wonderful terrace on the top floor. Special thanks to the hotel manager who was very active in solving all our questions, thank you !
