Where do I start? It was 10 /10 experience. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The Sea Facing room was the highlight. The farthest Left and right was just the beautiful ocean. The swimming pool was surreal overlooking the Indian Ocean. The room service said they will send the food in 30 mins and guess what!! it was sent to us in exactly 30 mins!! We were checking out of the room ourselves but we got two staff members who helped us without us even asking for help. That shows how much they care for the guest. Top notch- Breakfast Buffet spread.

Friendly staff. Always helpful and with an open ear for all topics. Rooftop with pool, jacuzzi and bar is a real treat. Beds were very comfortable even for a guy like me at 199cm height. Breakfast area was impressive. Live cooking and fine variety of food for almost every taste. Stayed for 2 nights. Location is a nice homebase to explore Colombo from. Would recommend.

Restaurants located within the hotel are overpriced. High quality and delicious food though.

The rooms are spacious and really comfortable! Staff are great and service minded. The gym is really nice and clean too. The breakfast area is calm and with a big selection of food and drinks.

Some furniture in the rooms need an update as they are a bit dented (side tables and some bathroom furnishings). They can't cook eggs... 2 mornings, different types of egg orders in our group, and all of them were less than undercooked, even after pointing this out.

The room was spacious, and meticulously kept clean and pristine by the staff. It had a great view of the bay. The rooftop bar was also great, had reasonably priced food and drinks. The view of the city skyline from the rooftop was also spectacular. Finally, the staff! From the doormen, the front desk personnel, housekeeping and most especially to the Guest Services Manager DINESH, all of them have been very accommodating and helpful. Dinesh even before we checked in was already making sure our stay will be wonderful. He even had a to-go-breakfast prepared for us when we had to leave early (before breakfast at the restaurant opened) for a Safari Tour at Udawalawe. We felt very well taken cared of during our stay.

We had a difficult time looking for convenience stores near the hotel, were we could buy supplies. But this is not a major issue.

We loved our stay at NH Collection. For us the highlights were: the amazing breakfast buffet and the restaurant interior that felt like a restaurant and not a canteen, friendly and helpful staff, spacious and very nice room. We have already booked our next stay! The gym is also very clean and a good space.

If I'm being picky the bathroom interior was a little bit worn but this is a tiny minus.

The room was nice, spacious and with a good view it met all expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location of the property is just perfect. The pool side restaurant was well managed and had a super view.

House Keeping was a bit tardy. They removed towels but did not put fresh ones. One day the duvet cover had stains. Had to call them to change it. The breakfast was monotonous, same spread everyday. Had a meal in the Indian restaurant. It was a disaster. Before ordering we enquired if the chef was Indian. We were told, Yes. The food had no flavour just heavily spiced (hot) to the extent that it was inedible. Complained about it to the resturant hostess. She then told us the "Indian chef" was unavailable and was cooked by someone else. During checking-out informed the same. There was no apology or offer to refund all or part of the cost.

Ashen Adithya was the best barkeeper we ever had. The breakfast was amazing, the room was very fine with a perfect view. Everything was clean, and the whole staff was really friendly. We would definitely come back.

The rooftop bar was under construction site, but that doesnt bother us. You can nevertheless use everything.

The staff were so friendly and are always ready to help. Excellent level of customer service. The room was huge and comfortable. The sea view room was fantastic.

The corridor had a odd smell. In room dining prices were a little too high almost comparable to the buffet pricing.

Good quality hotel. Loved the rooftop infinity pool and bar. Offered a good priced upgrade to a suite with great views. Staff very attentive especially the breakfast chefs who helped my wife with gluten free breakfast options.

Upgrade meant were didn’t have enough beds for a family which wasn’t mentioned!! However, staff were able to supply extras.

Room was perfect for two person and totally love it. But would be nice if the toilet is sound proof. Breakfast buffet was way too expensive and yes they do have varieties yet in the morning I personally don't think people will eat that much for the value of money. Pool was perfect

When toilet is being used the sound and smell is in the room. it a bit disturbing
