The hotel is located in the heart of Pratunam, just a stone's throw from the Pratunam Night Market. It's also a short walk from Platinum Mall, Big C, Central World, Erawan Shrine, Siam Paragon, and Siam Center. The room was clean and had all the basic necessities, and bottled water was replenished daily.

​The overall experience was good, though a few minor improvements could have made it even better. While the room had all the basic necessities, it lacked a few items like conditioner, a face washcloth, and spare toilet paper. Although these can be requested at any time, it would have been better to have them readily available.

It’s very convenient and accessible to the heart of the city.

Linens are not that really clean, but comfortable enough.

I have been checking out hotels around Pratunam. Close to Pratunam market is really an advantage. This hotel did not fail us. Its very close to Pratunam market, Platinum Mall, December Shop and Palladium. Hotel is very clean and staff are friendly. It may be alongside of the street but you cannot hear any noise from outside. It is not that close to the train station, but booking through Grab is very easy. Wifi connection is not that strong. We cannot connect sometimes. Their food is good but with only few choices. I definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay, booking two rooms for our family. The hotel is in an excellent location — within walking distance to Pratunam Market, Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam, and Big C. There's also plenty of delicious local food nearby, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping throughout our stay. A big thank you to the staff for arranging connecting rooms for our family — it made our trip much more convenient and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok!

Prime location. Near Pratunam market and food court and lot of 7-11s nearby. Location is also at the corner and off-center the eye of traffic so that you can skip it immediately esp by your grab which will save you lot of time. Also staff is nice, helpful, and courteous.

Pillows! Feels like my head is lying on crumpled paper. Hope they change all the pillows. That's my only ick from my stay. Overall, it was perfect.

Everything was good during the 4 night of my stay. Especially the last day when I checked out half an hour later, the hotel staff dropped me an email stating that i dropped my money on the concierge sofa and the money was sent back to me in a seal envelope within an hour. They are very helpful and honest. Thank you.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was cleaned daily and we got clean towels everyday. The location is very safe and ideal for our family activities i.e. shopping, massage and other activities.

I would have preferred to have more tissues in the bathroom considering it was a tripple room and I had kids. A few times I had to go look for the staff to ask for an extra tissue.

I really liked my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything was neat and well arranged. The bathroom was also very clean. The staff were kind and helpful. I felt relaxed and happy during my stay. I will come again for sure.

3 mins down is the pratunam morning and night market. Spacious room area. Breakfast buffet with a soup, egg, hotdog, noodle, rice, meat and vege. Sufficient variety for 4 mornings. 1 min from 7-11 and a whole street of massage parlours.

Pillow was too flat, overused, almost non existent under the head.

Value for money! The rooms were clean, and the location is great! Short tuktuk ride to Siam Paragon, Siam Discovery and MBK. Short walk to the night market. Will definitely use Spenza again.

While the price is cheap, we suggest to make the breakfast buffet better even if they add 100 Baht more to their price.
