Beautiful property,ideal location. Very clean house and hospitable host. Beautiful 4 poster bed and room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed(except warmth)

Our room was so cold,yes the heating was on but radiator was boxed in and couldnt feel any warmth,due to cold room the bed was cold..found the whole house was so cold, shower took a while to get hot and had very little power,ended up having a sink wash instead.Breakfast was nice but very sparse,1 egg,1 bacon,1 sausage,1/2 tomato and a spoon of beans,1 toast..all in all a very nice guest house but during the colder months I would suggest warmer rooms and maybe a little more added to the breakfast,stayed in alot of places over the years and have never been given a breakfast with just 1 of everything.

Really friendly hosts. The room was very comfortable and had every we needed including a very useful desk fan which was much appreciated in the heat wave. Delicious breakfast and a great location. Free parking at the property was also a bonus.

When we returned in the evening we found the main door had been locked (probably by another guest) and so we couldn't get back in. Thankfully a couple came out within about 15 minutes of us waiting outside so they could hold the door open for us. Lastly, and maybe a little picky, the glasses and mugs in the room could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly as they were dusty.

Excellent location. You can walk to the beach, arcade, promenade and surrounding pubs and restaurants. Some parking available at the b&b, on the road outside or at the beach car park. Excellent clean, fresh and warm home for the night. The owner was very friendly, helpful and inviting. He showed us to our room and pointed things out; Gave us forms to book our breakfast in advance, lots to choose from (cereal, fruit juices, cooked breakfast, omelette, pancakes), nothing was a problem if you wanted to mix 'n' match your food. Our family room was excellent! Kids loved every second! Super king bed was super comfy. Complimentary hand wash, body wash and shampoo smelt devine. All sulphate free.

Room was at the front of the building, right on the main road, road was noisy until about 1130 but then it quietened down

The hosts were so lovely and knowledgeable about the area and reccomedations. Also warmly accommodating and very flexible- they let us park there all day before check in so we could make the most of our holiday. The bedroom decor was adorable and so comfortable with a great sized en-suite! They cater very well for vegans, which was brilliant having oat milk on hand alongside a spot on incredibly tasty vegan cooked breakfast 😋 Very close to Preston Sands beach too ⛱️!

Was a little far out of Paignton town centre, but still in a reasonable walking distance.

My family and I had a lovely stay at Beaches Hotel. We had a family room, which on opening the door was a nice surprise to see two rooms as one was joining for our two girls aged 9 & 13. This was lovely because we did not feel on top of one another. The rooms were big, bright and very tidy with beds being very comfortable to sleep in. The only slight negative I will say is the rooms were dusty (dressing table/bedside table etc.) and under the girls beds was dust, but besides this we loved our stay. The breakfast was fresh and very tasty and the hosts were really welcoming and accommodating. bonus was the free Wi-Fi and we were a stone throw away from the beach I would definitely recommend

Exactly as described. Very clean and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, choice of pillows and decent shower. Very friendly and helpful owners.

We didn't dislike anything really. In the hot weather, we would have slept better with a lighter weight duvet. But it's unusual to be this warm, so I'm sure on any other visit this wouldn't have been an issue.

We had a wonderful stay at The Beaches. Our room was very nice and comfortable. You had everything you needed and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was lovely. Ged and Claire were wonderful hosts and looked after us so well.

Booked with booking.com , it was clearly stated breakfast was included , but this was not the case. A little fan would have not gone a miss. Booked a superior room was dissapointed in the size and location of the tv. A great location for beach lovers. A good 30 min walk to the shops and bars.

Breakfast was varied and tasty with plenty of choice. The Rooms suited our needs for three adults and three children. Might be more difficult in the high season. Beds and coverings very good. Proximity to the Beach is excellent. Parking was good . Parking was good for us. Staff, (owners ?) were easy to get on with and attentive to needs.

Only minor prob. Shower trip out activated every day but sure this will be sorted.

Good location, just a 5 minute walk into Paignton. Family room was very spacious and comfortable. We all slept very well. Breakfast was good, Ged leaves a breakfast menu in your room and you tick what you’d like for breakfast. Ged was always attentive, checking everything was ok or if we needed anything else.

There was room for four cars on the driveway and limited parking outside. There is a public car park around the back of the property. I left my car there one night for 24 hours which cost around £10.
