A Pleasant and Stylish Stay at Hotel Belair, Wallisellen I recently stayed at Hotel Belair in Wallisellen and was genuinely impressed. The reception area is tastefully laid out in a modern, minimalist design—both welcoming and stylish. I was greeted by a very beautiful receptionist whose warm professionalism came with a touch of that unmistakable charm one might associate with the Ex-Soviet countries, which made the arrival experience even more memorable. The room exceeded expectations in size and comfort. It was impeccably clean and very well maintained. The king-size bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious, bright, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was served buffet-style and offered a generous and well-stocked selection to start the day right. Overall, a top-notch experience. I’ll definitely return when I’m next in the region. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Honestly, nothing to complain about

the room was fabulous as i had nice sound sleep on the day of my arrival bathroom was nice and clean and towels and sheets provided with shower gel and other amenities there is a minibar provided Upon asking for an Iron the receptionist kindly helped me with the board and Iron, the receptionists were helpful breakfast was fab as well , since i am a vegetarian i chose their omlette from their menu and they made it nice. there were other options as well on the menu. it was a buffet breakfast and decently priced.

Everything is good, there is no access card its a lock and key access mechanism like old ways but its not a problem, but when going out you have to change the keys from the reception wall and get a smaller key which is easier to carry around The minibar pricing was quiet expensive (but i think its swiss price!) and i thought it was free as the pricing card was kept on a side and i didnt see it.

I did not eat their breakfast. The service reps were always gone from the front desk!, and people had to wait and wait for them to return, even when the dinging bell was hit. There's a sign to 'call' but no number to use. The day shift rep was very helpful, when she finally got to the desk. She answered questions, gave directions, was very friendly. The evening rep was, not so much. I used to taxi-guy there twice. I feel he overcharged me. The desk rep said a taxi trip was not more than 50 (dollars in Swiss currency), but he charged me way over that both times. A rip-off.

Cost of taxi. No one at desk. Had to wait while they were ???? elsewhere?

Huge, clean room, super comfy beds and pillows and lot of clean towels. Great selection of TV programs (I was so happy to be able to watch F1 qualification there). A lot of parking places. Breakfast selection is good. Staff is really helpful. My room wifi didn’t work because I have EU phone number, but the lady at the reception helped me with that too. Neighborhood is calm and safe. If you’re going to Zurich, location is great because train station is 5 minutes walk away. All in all, really good place to stay!

Airport is somewhere near, so we’ve heard planes in the morning. Hotel thought of that too, so you can find ear plugs and cotton pads in bathroom. But if you close the window (there is AC in the room), that won’t be issue either.

The crystal white cleanliness. The soo much comfortable mattress and soft cover and pillow (there was a choise of 2 with different consistencies), that I didn't want to leave. All the commodities and details of a 4-star hotel. The delicious breakfast - the sortiment surprised me positively as I rarely meet smoked salmon for breakfast in the hotels and I love it. Additionally, you get freshly prepared eggs and bacon according to your personal choise from a little menu. The coffee mashine. The location is not totally central, but is very modern and with the tram, which is in 1-2 min walking, the center can be very easily accessed in less then 20 min. Nearby there is a train station as well. The stuff was really polite and helpful.

I enjoyed my stay so much that I didn't want to leave, so I can't remember of any issues

Location was great, a small town called Wellisellen with one S-bahn stop to Orleikon st and 15 minutes to the airport. The staff was super nice.

I don't know why they don't give us two keys for outside and inside. The key system was strange.

Staff was kind enough to keep my luggage before check in and after check out. Good locatin near public transport, 2 train stations to main station, 15min tram straight to airport. Room clean, staff nice, very happy overall.

Would be nice to include power adapter or install at least one socket to power european power supplys. Bit pricey, but thats just Swiss thing.

Helpful staff, bath in the room, great room design, free bottle of water. Quiet room. Didn't try the breakfast. Tram and bus station nearby. Train station 9min walk. Team to the airport 15 min in the same zone.

Safe didn't work. The soap was only in the shower, but it would also be comfortable if there was soap in the water sink.

Good breakfast, room clean, everything worked! Car parking tight but adequate. Easy walk to the station and then 12 minute train ride to Zurich City.

No real dislikes. On arrival quickly realised that the hotel is situated very close to the flight path from Zurich airport but in reality this was not an issue noise wise.

Free parking at the hotel if you travel by car. Lots of car spots. Supercharger nearby. 10min walk from the train station that gets you in no time to Zurich CS for circa 7 FRK/per person. I trust it’s cheaper if you go by car and just pay parking

A bit far away from the centre of Zurich. Definitely need to ride the train. No restaurants or anything to do around.
