The room was well presented and a comfortable bed supplied, the only issue with my stay was the signal for the TV was poor and not all channels were working without glitching and you only had terrestrial TV available, no amazon prime or Netflix account's for you to utilise while you are staying. This is something I have been provided with in other stays/booking's through Booking.com where you get access to account's within the building or login details are provided to you whilst your staying in other establishments.

It was overall just a nice experience. Had we arrived earlier we would've taken advantage of the free access to the leisure activities available but due to previous commitments we didn't arrive in time.

There was minor cosmetic issues probably caused by time or previous people staying in the room. The window was slightly hard to open and shut but a good greasing would've solved this. A net curtain or something would've been nice as we were facing the motorway and couldn't have privacy without having to close the curtain which made it very dark.

The sofa seats in reception were a bonus. The coffee shop anlso a bonus. Nice large swimming pool not too cold and use of hairdryers and straighteners was useful at the pool. Opening window in the bedroom to let fresh air in was good. Breakfast was nice. Staff seemed friendly and helpful. Free parking for more than one car. Room service for food was useful.

Would be nice to be able to have a bath. Would be nice to have some fresh fruit salad at breakfast and some marmite for the toast. No phone to access reception in the room. No hair dryer in the room.

Fantastic staff. Especially Daz in the Bar/Grill. We only come to South Leeds Village maybe twice a year but Daz always remembers us and gives us a warm welcome. When asked how he remembered us he said he always remembers the nice people. What a fantastic ambassador for Village.

No light in a position to enable you to see into the wardrobe. Very dark in that corner. Metal legs on bed splayed beyond the width/length of the bed so caused a couple of bruised toes ehich were painful. Dont know whether all beds the same but ours in room 102 was.

It looks super fancy, but it’s perfect for anyone on a budget because it was actually amazingly priced. The car park was huge so it was perfect to find somewhere to park; even close to the doors! The fact that there’s a Starbucks on sight makes me personally extremely happy as I love Starbucks. The staff were beyond lovely, the room was stunning, very spacious too! It was super easy to access, coming off the M62. I highly recommend and will be staying again very soon!!

I didn’t like the carpets, and the matching backdrop behind the bed. But that’s it haha! Just cosmetic dislikes aren’t an issue at all!

The hotel is absolutely amazing lovely clean room very modern, the staff are very friendly and polite, we’ve been coming here for one year, it’s just lovely break away and handy for my hubby as he works on Sunday so he can still go to work, it’s close by for everything, from the hotel, definitely recommend to family and friends 👍🏽👍🏽

Only down fall was house cleaning walks in next day when ya just sorting things out, check out not till 11 am so I was fuming, other than tht nothing eles ,

Everything was brilliant, came down from Scotland to visit family. Special shout out to the life guard with long dark blonde hair and tattood arm who helped me with the pool facilities and held my glasses for me when I was blind as a bat without them! Didn't catch her name but I hope she gets recognised for the help she gave me. Big thanks !! :)

Unfortunately received a bit of attitude from a housekeeper when I asked for fresh towels and she said I wasn't on her list and refused to give me any so I had to ask reception for clean towels.

Room was clean and comfortable, all the receptionist were lovely and helpful and apologised for the lift being out of order during our stay as our room was on the 4th floor. It was good to have free access to pool area even though the Sauna was also out of order during our stay aswell.

We have stayed in a few Village Hotels over the years but this was the first time in a Club room and we were expecting a little bit more in the room, usually things that are standard in most Hotels ie heated towel rail and drinking glasses.

The location was convenient for the purpose of our visit. The pub and staff very nice and friendly as well as the lady at our morning coffee at Starbucks

No human interaction on check-in. The room was cold, and although we tried to change the temperature to 22, it was still coming cold air . No fridge at the room and not even a small bottle of water, although there was kettle and tea-coffee, we weren't sure if we can use the tap water so we didn't try any of these. Again, there was no staff available at reception to ask, and the pub was already closed . For the room price, you will expect at least a small bottle of water

Perfect stay, we were dubious looking at some of the reviews but can safely say it was excellent we stayed on a Friday when Leeds were playing and couldn’t hear a think I request a quiet room and they came through. Facilities are exactly as described and pictured. Good breakfast can’t fault it at all. Already planning another getaway. The rooms have no usb so we were stuck as no charging head but the staff kindly sorted us out with that. Great staff, gym staff made sure we were comfortable happy excellent customer service from the lady on gym desk and a chap that was covering most areas in pool/hotel possibly gym manager.
