It is located in a very pretty village near Nenagh and is convenient to the town and the Motorways. The B&B was very well maintained and the owner was very helpful and friendly. The double bed (room 1) was one of the most comfortable that I’ve slept in and the place was spotless. En-suite shower was good with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. WiFi worked well and was easy to connect to using QR code provided. I’ll look to stay there again if I’m in the area.

From the hallway and the foyer to the breakfast room and the actual sleeping quarters; everything in this accommodation was spotlessly clean. Bathroom was well sized in comparison to our bedroom, and we had fresh towels & linens. Our hosts were lovely people, that kept in touch with us about our ETA. They made an amazing breakfast the next morning; all fresh, great amount of everything on the plates - just really well prepared. Also had the option of parking your car in front of the house. Would definitely stay here again!
Room was a bit tiny for 3 people + 3 suitcases. Same thing for the double bed that me and my sister slept in.

easy to find, good parking. spotlessly clean room, a bit on the small side but great use of space with drawers and wardrobe so it mean we could put everything away. comfy beds, nice bed linen. good shower and nice clean bathroom lovely hosts, very helpful about where to eat etc. nice freshly cooked breakfast plus lots of cold items and very nice bread. unusual choices on the menu which we really enjoyed
everything was great.

Lucky for me there were signs to this B&B from the road, as I'd had difficulty getting directions from Nenagh. Good overnight stay with comfort. The scrambled egg at breakfast was especially delicious.
Open, creaky stairway, getting my case up. It's neither an Irish traditional place nor stylish. Bland décor.

Wonderful hosts and a flawlessly maintained B&B - I can't fault the place at all! Breakfasts were plentiful, hearty and served excellently. Located in a quiet village, the nearby pub was also lovely and a it's very easy drive into the nearby town of Nenagh. Thank you Mary & William.
There really were no areas of improvement at all. Thank you for a lovely stay!

10/10. Friendly couple running it. Room was spotless and the owners so friendly. Very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and absolutely amazing breakfast included. This place is an absolute gem. Thank you!
The pub 200m away was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Not the owners fault obviously! 😁

The hosts were very friendly and kind. The house was cozy and clean. It was peaceful to stay there.
There is nothing that comes to mind. I guess I did have trouble finding a hair dryer. But, everything else was great!

Friendly hosts, good location with nice pub in easy walking distance for dinner. Loved the view of fields from my room. Although the bedroom was small there was room to unpack and good storage space. Good private parking.
Everything good.
