We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I was there with my 5-year-old daughter, and both of us were very happy with everything. The apartment was comfortable and clean, with a big balcony. The food was tasty and there was a good selection of dishes every day. The hotel also offered different activities for kids and an evening entertainment program, which made the atmosphere fun and lively. The beach (Cala Millor) was just pure love - warm, clear water and soft sand. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the hotel through little streets with shops where you can easily buy anything for the beach. The promenade is beautiful, with lots of cafes and stores. There’s also a bus stop close to the hotel, so getting around was super easy. All in all, a great experience - we left with lovely memories and would definitely come back.

We had no complaints at all - everything was great!

The hotel is in a lovely location, very close to the beach, with a charming small town nearby offering lots of restaurants and little shops to explore. The rooms are a good size and the facilities are nice, making the stay comfortable. We booked all-inclusive, but unfortunately the food was extremely disappointing — it looked unappetising, wasn’t well presented, and the quality was very poor. Some of the staff were also quite rude, and they would start clearing away the food before the advertised closing time (for example, lunch finishes at 2 p.m. but they’d begin taking it away by 1:45 p.m.). It was a shame, because apart from the food, the stay itself was lovely thanks to the great location and facilities.

Food

Would recommend standard room 1132 if you don’t mind going up 50 steps (there are no lifts) on the highest 3rd floor giving a superb view of the surrounding mountains and countryside. This includes a huge private balcony getting sun from mid afternoon onwards. Very light spacious room well located 5 minutes walk from the long pedestrianised promenade with restaurants etc. Parking always available nearby as were local buses ( didn’t use) Went self catering with adequate facilities in the room. Very large swimming pool with numerous sun loungers. Towels,bins etc changed daily if required.

Very minor complaints - microwave didn’t work (replaced immediately) no tea cloth for drying pots. Some very small ants occasionally appeared

I'm writing this review at the airport on our way home. The hotel was so good for family. We liked everything. What I liked the most is that they offer free drinks within the restaurant even for the half board guests like us. Believe me that most of the hotels today do not offer that. We enjoyed the buffet for breakfast and dinner a lot as well. You can easily find free parking spots right next to your apartment. Do not pay attention to some of the bad reviewers. I did that little too, but your worries will change to delights. One more comment, most of the guests were from Germany.

Be aware that the beach is NOT walking distance from the hotel if you are a beach lover. I usually prefer the pool more, that's why the distance didn't matter to me.

all in all, it was a good experience. The aparthotel is very well located, in a peaceful area but still not far from the beach and promenade. The all-inclusive was very basic. Not many options on the meals, very repetitive and not many options on the pool as most of the menu is not included on our package (pizzas, fries..) It is really good for kids and very safe.

reception took 40 minutes to check us in. At the check-in nobody explained to us anything: what was included to the all-inclusive and what was not, the facilities, a map of the complex, the activities, nothing. We had to go figuring out stuff while we were there. Rooms were very clean but extremely basic (and there wasn't a kettle - would be helpful with our baby needs) Should have more options on the meals... it seemed a bit lazy and repetitive. on breakfast there was only 2 or 3 fruits, on lunch and dinner was always chicken, fries and something else. All-inclusive seems a good idea only if you want to fill-up without worrying about it. If you like to eat well and diversify, go for the half-board or breakfast only as there are many restaurants options nearby.

+ Tasty dinner with a variety of salats, main dishes and desserts changing every evening + it’s worth spending money on the premium room, very cozy + bike rental at the hotel for 9€ a day + friendly waitresses despite the noise and stress level in the restaurant + beautiful flour bushes over the whole area + nice park + the housings were spread over a large surface. We didn’t bump into other tourists the whole time as it’s the case in a big hotel + parking place in front of the house

- rooms could be cleaned more accurately (hair on the floor) - no ventilation in the bathroom - the pool was ice cold

This hotel is located 6 minutes walk from the coast and beach. It is great in so far that you are away from the buzz (pool and entertainment, meal times) with your room or apartment and you don't feel built in by huge hotel properties. The kids' pool area is fantastic, a great family hotel. We booked self catering, but had the odd drink in the evening or from the pool bar. Quite cheap considering we are from Ireland (Cocktail 5 Euro). Cleaning is done every day except sundays which is great. We also had rented a car and could park in one of the streets surrounding the apartment blocks. No problem at all. We travelled with a 2 year old and he loved the kids' disco in the evening (between 8-9pm). During the day there is plenty of activities for all, even pool aerobics.

We were only missing a toaster and a kettle.

A lovely hotel that had everything needed for family holiday. We liked that rooms are spread in smaller houses, making the areal quite spacious with playground as well. The pools are nice with enough space for everyone, even when crowded. Short distance to shops and to the beach. We did not try the food - overall an ok experience.

Maybe work on the cleaning in general - we have seen trash on the floor for days, until we have picked it up ourselves. Make sure your lifeguards do their job and not hide at the pool behind first aid kit sitting on their phones - then there is no benefit of having life guards at all..

Firstly,the food was delicious. We had only breakfasts but on Sunday we were even offered champagne. In the end, we ordered some lunch and dinners at the hotel for most of the days too. That was cheaper than in local restaurants. Secondly, they cleaned the room and changed the towels every day except Sunday. Also,having three pools (of different depth) at our disposal we were sometimes too lazy to go to the sea. Finally, the animation team worked all day offering activities for children and adults.

It took us some time (around 12-15 minutes) to get to the sandy beach because the closest route to the sea led us to the rocky (yet beautiful) embankment.So we had to walk along the shore for a couple more minutes to get to the beach. But the children even preferred the pools at the hotel, so we can't complain.

Facilties were great, everywhere was clean with lots to do and reception staff were so helpful and friendly.

There was limited assortment of alcoholic drinks, not even house brands were available so we had to pay extra for drinks. Good choice of food but hot food was luke warm or cold. Snacks were very limited to hotdogs and ice cream only. We had some family come to meet us for a meal and a day pass, yes they had to pay to join us, which we didn't mind but was made to feel unwelcome, they continued to check there pass and ticket multiple times. We contacted the hotel to check this option was available before booking, but feel as they had paid nearly 150 euros for the day, they may have been treated like a normal guest.
