After first 3 nights in the downtown of Barcelona we removed into Gracia and it was good decision to get to know local life and places as well. Here we felt everything we wanted to get in Spain, Catalunya. Everything is too close to Residencia Erasmus - Subway in 5 minutes, nice streets Verdi and Placa Diamant, absolutely incredible stores too close, bars and sitting areas with local vibes at nights etc.. Hotel is clean and staff is kind and helpful, breakfast included proteins and fruit as well, so we recommend this hotel 🤩

Gracia Location. Proximity to restaurants, bars, cafes, grocery stores, plazas, public transportation. Park Guell. Spacious balcony, fresh air, fresh breeze. Surrounded by student culture and vibe. Simple and basic. TV. Staff are very friendly. Safety.

Pillows, blankets, bed. Thin walls so gets noisy at 12, 2, and 5 am on Friday, Saturday. Can hear chatter, elevator, doors slamming. No safety deposit box in the room.

Erasmus Gracia Residence provides a delightful stay with comfortable rooms and a friendly staff. The prime location, situated between two metro stops, ensures quick access to Barcelona's center in only barely 6 minutes, or a pleasant 20-minute walk through the nice shops of the Passeig de Gracia and between amazing spots like Casa Batlló. Nestled in a quiet area yet close to Gracia's lively bars, it strikes a perfect balance.

The only downside, typical of older Barcelona buildings, is thin walls, making it possible to hear activities in neighboring rooms. Despite this, Erasmus Gracia remains a top choice for a cozy and well-located stay in the city.

Central location, city centre and most sites within walking distance, 24-hour help desk, really clean hostel/hotel, good breakfast for just 7€, a nice terrace for lounging, and clean rooms. People at the reception are helpful.

They charge too much for parking, at 24.5€ per day. I stayed for 4 days and they didn't give me any parking discount.

Would have liked an English TV channel either news or movies just to relax at night after all the sightseeing. Very minor thing. Overall very happy.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Spacious room, super comfy bed, blackout curtains, good breakfast, bathroom with all amenities. Helpful staff. I will definitely book here again if I ever return to Barcelona.

This is not something that bothered me but the hotel is not in the historic centre. You would need to catch the metro to visit most of the sites. However, this was something positive for me as the district where the hotel is located is very safe and more quiet than the hectic centre. I really liked this quarter! You would still arrive at most sites within a maximum total of 30 minutes (incl. metro trip).

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and towels every day. Location wsx 5 min away from the Metro station, and right next door to grocery store. It's a walking distance from Casa Vicens and Park Guel . Staff also helped me thru booking online communications to find my way from the airport, which was very helpful coming late at night. I was also able to borrow a kettle and a hairdryer during my one week stay. My room was spacious and quiet and kept clean every day with towels exchanged. I definitely recommend this place and would choose it on my next trip to Barcelona. Thank you all at Erasmus

The staff were very correct, decent and nice: 1-There was a problem with the shower in the first room but when I told the receptionists they gave another room, very good in every aspect. 2- I forgot my earphones in the room but the cleaning staff and the receptionist behaved wonderfully, exceeded their job, and after they found them (I still had not noticed it), they even phoned me on time for me to pick them up. Indeed the very best staff you can find.

The problem with the shower in the first room, but that was not the fault of the staff.

Very helpful reception, esp. the lady on night shift (sorry, I forgot to ask for her name). Location is perfect, just a couple of minutes walk to Lesseps subway station, where you can go virtually anywhere in the city! Area is safe and quiet. Supermarkets, bakeries and cafes very close by. Love the huge bathroom! The shower pressure and temperature controls were both excellent. Overall, very good value for the money. I would definitely stay again if I visit Barcelona in the future!

Those who are travelling by car can use EUR 25/day service and park inside the building territory. I like the spacious rooms. The bathroom is also great. The showers were clean and pleasant to use. Breakfast was continental and edible. Friendly staff overall. The place provides excellent access to the city and its amenities.

Lack of parking options on the public streets. If you drive by car make sure you best park it inside the building territory to avoid the hassle of finding a parking space, which is extremely limited in the surrounding neighbourhood.
