This was a great hotel for our long weekend trip to Milwaukee. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, and warm during what turned out to be a freezing weekend weather-wise. The staff were also very friendly and professional and the included breakfast was great. We also really loved that the room included a microwave as we could heat up left over food from a restaurant we patronized. The location worked well for our needs as it was near a family member's home.

Check in is 3. Check out is noon! Family suits are huge! Beds are cozy. Nice size hot tub and clean pool. Free fresh baked chocolate chip cookies and bottles of water at check in. Breakfast is good.

Not a big deal but Pool and hot tub close at 9. I think 9:30/10 would be better.

That when I asked for a paper copy of my hotel bill, because I booked through a 3rd party they couldn’t give me the paper copy!! But my spouse was able to give me one!!

The room, the staff, absolutely no complaints. So comfortable and friendly. I was a lone traveller but even at breakfast everyone was so welcoming you never felt uncomfortable.or out of place.

The location is beautiful and quiet. There’s multiple food options around the hotel. Not only that the breakfast is hot and tasty. And if you just want something simple that’s an option too. The pool was clean and a nice size. They also had a hot tub that was very relaxing.

Everything except the mattress could have been firmer and a little bar on the property would have been nice. The staff is excellent!!

The room was huge, as was the bathroom. We liked the bulk shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the shower - much less wate!

It was all great, and we were grateful that staying there on Christmas Eve was an option.

Hotel charged more than the final amount shown on booking.com. They said that’s because of the county tax. I understood, but the hotel shouldn’t send me the confirmation letter with the wrong amount through Booking.com.

Breakfast was perfect. Food was fresh. Area clean. Comfortable seating in a variety of settings. Availability of staff. Lots of pillows in various types.
