From the first interaction at the reception to the staff , they were all professionals and welcoming. The location is perfect, the beach is wonderful , and the animation team are exceptional. the beach attendant was also very professional and helpful when ever we needed a long chair or to change place in the shade or under the sun. It was one of the most wonderful stays I have experienced. All restaurants and snack bars had very delicious varieties. The rooms were clean and the beds are comfy. I really recommend Les Oranges beach , this was my first time and my family and I are going back very soon. I enjoyed extremely my stay there. The stuff was very friendly & yet professional. The executive chef is great , spoiling us with delicious food with the range of different dishes. I loved the landscape, the annuities and the big choice of activities. All accommodations were very clean. Overall a very pleasant & enjoyable stay … Returning back soon .

- the staff are really nice especially (most of) the entertainment and the workers we see in the garden etc. - I am used to go to all inclusive hotels in Tunisia but this one has a great value for money to me when it comes to food especially! It is always available and of great quality, there is also a diversity in food! - the beach is amazing and we were upgraded to a sea view room 😍 we were spoiled! - I like the fact that the hotel is not too big and we don’t have to walk to much to enjoy the beach! Overall we really enjoyed our time here and we will probably come back!

- some of the waiters in the restaurant weren’t the most nice staff ever. Most of them aren’t smiling that much. However it might be because they’re under staffed because I see them running around all the time trying to get all the tables needed - as many reviews said some furniture was too old and needed an upgrade. I wasn’t personally too bothered with this -probably what I disliked most was the spa reception. The guy was too rude when people ask him for availability for a massage. We stayed there for 4 nights and asked for availability from the first day but he said that there weren’t any for our whole stay. And then our friends tell us that they were able to get an appointment by giving the guy some money 🤦🏻‍♀️

Very friendly staff, great food, nice hotel with its own character that blends well in the Tunisian traditional building architecture. Fantastic location and beach. Overall the hotel experience is much better than 4 stars hotels in Tunisia

Rooms were a bit smelly probably due to faulty canalisation, the mattress in the bed is average, nor very comfortable, the room was a disappointment given the great experience outside the room

You’re greeted with a warm welcome and the feeling of comfort. I really enjoyed the wet towels for cooling off along with a glass of cold juice. Very friendly staff beginning from the receptionist to the servers. The all inclusive buffet was incredible available 24 hours and great quality along with extensive varieties of food especially the desserts. The entire property was very clean and you feel comfortable and at peace. The beach was a little walk but very enjoyable and absolutely gorgeous.

the service was excellent, the staff and the manager Mr Kareem was amazing person I would like to tank him also Mr sabri in the reception is respectful and kind person like Sami in the bar and Haykel I would like to thank all the staff in the hotel amazing restaurants the food was delicious and fresh and many kind of yammy buffet the pool was so good and the beach was wonderful the team volleyball on the beach so 💪🏼💪🏼😁

Place where you can relax and enjoy your stay. Very good service, very good food and staff is really good and helpful. It is the best all-inclusive hotel in Tunisia.

Odours in the toilet, noisy bed, and room felt very old.

The hotel atmosphere in general was very good. There are some activities for kids. The beach was clean.

The front desk was crowdie for check in time. They have only one CC machine and it was not working so i had to bay by cash.
