Location was very convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in process was very fast. Good parking options close to the entrances. Parking was well lit.

The entrance closest to the handicap parking with the ramp did not have a handicap button to open. This door was also very heavy to open, practically tries to close on you. My room was comfortable but walls were thin. I could hear the room next door snoring during the night.

The room was spacious and comfortable. I especially liked that it has a small “love seat” and ottoman providing a place to sit comfortably and watch tv. The location is central to many malls, stores, and restaurants.

The fitness center was underwhelming. The equipment was very limited and not nearly enough for a decent workout. I have stayed in other Marriotts that had much better fitness centers.

Beautiful property, amazing lobby, easy to locate, friendly staff.

Balcony was much smaller and dirtier than expected, also there was a tree growing in front of the view. It was extremely hard to connect my device to the tv, seemed like the amenity failed. I was asked during check-in if i wanted housekeeping but only got it for the last day of my stay.

I liked the balconies being right over the pool! It was super easy to step out and we were right there.

I was there for four days and received no room service. I asked for it to be done and no one came so I had to keep going to the front desk to ask for items.

The staff was absolutely amazing and the location was great.

Only issue was that the rooms seem to have paper thin walls as we could hear everything happening outside our room and in the hallways. I even heard someone's phone notifications while I was trying to sleep. Outstanding staff, great location, but my goodness the noise was distracting. We stayed on the first floor so don't know if that was a factor.

I have stayed here 4 times now... Each time our friend group has a birthday we stay at your facility. It has great access to downtown and we Uber everywhere to be safe after drinking.The rooms are always clean and the beds are so comfortable.. it's like home away from home

The hotel was close to restaurants. The staff was helpful and it was close to the center city which was the highlight of my trip. Thanks to the staff who gave us directions.

The people were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was too fancy for me, but cooked to order. The rooms were so very quiet and the beds and pillows super comfy. Great night sleep. My room with the balcony was great.

I loved how everything was so clean! The staff was out there all the time making sure the rooms and hallways were clean! Staff was so nice!
