Such a sweet place! Easy checking in and out. Cabin was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Convenient walking distance to restaurants but also adequate kitchen set up (though small) to prepare food onsite. Bed was comfy. Windows open for fresh air! And I so appreciate when a place smells fresh and clean without the use of those hideous chemical plug ins!

Bathroom is teensie, but adequate for one person.

Very pretty and peaceful!! Enjoyed it overall, the decorations where perfect, and great trip for you and your significant other or just a friend get away!

The hot tub wasn’t the cleanest, although it is communal so I understand, the control panel also didn’t work but was informed they where getting a new one, the shower was not as clean as it should be, there was condition dripping out of the bottle onto the ledge along with shampoo other then that very nice

The cottage we stayed it was cute, quaint, rustic chic vibe. The bed was very comfortable, the fireplace and furnishings just made it a home away from home feel. Definately will be back!

A bit of outside light came in thru kitchen area, suggest a curtain like in sleeping area that can be pulled closed.

Communication, modern, upscale stay without the inflated prices. We totally will be back and bringing other friends and families with us..... Now that speaks a lot on how we liked our stay.

Had one couple that told us that the hot tub looked like a bubble bath. Lol.. I did not check it out but some people think if there is one or two bubbles it is to much for them. We didn't see foam artwork being done so we were not to worried.

The cottage was very well-designed inside. The bathroom and kitchen have high-end finishes. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well, the check-in was easy, and I could walk to downtown in about ten minutes. The inside of this cottage is really top-notch!

The cottages are very packed together. Not a great place to sit outside. But really this is minor for me. I appreciated the inside conveniences and the easy location

Easy to find and great directions from the owners as to get into our cottage. Super cute and super clean. Adorable place. I am so glad we canceled at the other hotel and booked here. It was a delight to be there

My only complaint is my hairdryer did not reach the mirror.

Loved the place. Quiet street, close to downtown and the University. Comfortable, cute kitchenette. Cute little propane fireplace kept us warm on cool nights. Ceiling fans during the day kept us cool.

Pillows were too soft for us and we could use two more. Another shelf to put our bathroom things on would have been nice, since we stayed a week we needed more room to spread out on.

Clean and nicely decorated. Has everything you could want. I liked the spacious room, the TVs, fridge, and stove. Loved that it was close to the university and many restaurants.

A bedsheet was put on wrong but not a big deal. we had someone parking in front of our cottage with their kayaks but we still had ample parking. there really isn’t anything to not like!

No breakfast was provided. The location was excellent. Close to restaurants, interstate, spearfish canyon. We stayed there for the Sturgis motorcycle rally. The hot tub was excellent each night after a long day riding the Black Hills. Would highly recommend this cabin.

We had a great experience. Exceeded my expectations.

I loved the decor and the coziness of the cottage we had! The fireplace was great way to warm the place on the cold evening we had. They had everything we could have needed in the cottage from kitchen supplies to soaps etc.

There’s absolutely nothing I would have changed about my stay!
