Everything was great! Located in a nice and safe urban area just a few minutes away from Linate airport, 30-minute leisure walk to the center or about 10-15 minutes by nearby public transport. Nice, large, bright and really clean room, maintained in perfect condition, with elegant furniture. Beautiful back garden. Breakfast was amazing, with fresh and high quality products. And most of all, the personell was just amazing, friendly, polite, professional and accommodative to all our needs! What else can you ask for?

Cannot find anything to mention.

Our flight got cancelled so we had to stay in Milan for one extra night. Last minute booking to this place was just a coincidence but it turned out to be the best hotel stay we’ve experienced in Milan! Words can not even describe how welcoming and good host Stefano was. He made everything he could to make sure we get our room earlier than usual without even asking him to do it. There is no elevator so he carried our heavy baggage upstairs and gave us good restaurant and public transportation tips. The room was very nicely decorated, bed and pillows were comfortable and the atmosphere in the hotel was all in all perfect!! Breakfast was excellent too, you could choose anything and as much as you want from àla carte menu along with breakfast buffet. 10+++ for this amazing place!

Everything was perfect!

This establishment is the dope. We had a lovely airy room with a very high ceiling and a couple of windows that looked over the courtyard. The room was very large and had a great bathroom. The decor is a bit quirky with little surprises everywhere. There was a nightly turn down and a thank you note and sweets the night prior to check out. I just loved the attention to the details here. Stefano is so calm and charming. Really good breakfast - make sure you have the one with 'The Hat'. It is a little way from the Duomo but there is the #29 Tram at the end of the street and the #12 if you walk a bit. Local places to eat all around or a short walk. We had a great stay.

A quiet oasis in Milano! From the shower gel to the breakfast, everything is premium quality and carefully selected and arranged. The hosts love what they do, are very kind and approachable. We also valued the attention to sustainability. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Public transport, local restaurants are closeby, life is around the corner but the hotel and neighbourhood are beautifully quiet. You also feel safe. If you value quality and quiet it is the right place for you. Great value for money.

The room was very nice with a small green area in front of the windows so you could keep them open at night. Also the decor in the room had its unique style which we liked. Breakfast was nice and there was a good selection at the buffet, you additionally got eggs, sandwiches and juice freshly prepared a la card each morning 👍 The location was near (~2min) public transportation which is easy to use in Milan. Our hosts were super nice and accommodating and helped with questions about the wines in the region and destinations in and around Milan. Our short stay was very nice here and we'll definitely book here again when staying in Milan.

The room was large and featured elegant decor and furniture. There was plenty of space to move around and space to keep our things. There were also thoughtful touches like blinds on the windows to keep out the early morning light. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional and Stefano was super helpful and accomodating with our requests.

Nothing really. If we ever go back to Milan, there's a good chance we will stay here again (assuming rooms are available).

The accommodation was outstanding. It's a real gem close to the centre of Milan, which can be reached either on foot or by public transport. The room was spacious and airy, and there was a secluded rear garden The breakfast was excellent generous and freshly prepared Our host was friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and a list of excellent restaurants near the hotel.

There was nothing we didn't like

The property is very quiet and inside the rooms, the blinders block out the light in the morning (great for sleeping late in the summer). The temperature in the room can be adjusted but it felt just right to us anyway in late spring. There is ample cupboard space, the bathroom is big and spotless clean. The property is located close to a big supermarket, an excellent bakery and several small shops selling fruits/vegetables. There are nice inexpensive places around to eat well (for any taste) or have a drink (try Grappoli e Luppoli). While it's not the most central place, it's halfway between the Linate airport and the centre, by cheap and frequent local transport (20 minutes). The wifi is excellent and you can watch Netflix in the tv in the room by logging into your personal account. The breakfast is absolutely incredible. Stefano, the host, prepares some plates himself, the desserts are delicious, and there is a selection of coffee and fresh juices to choose from.

Everything was perfect and full of character

This was far the best place we stayed yet. We are traveling though Italy. The air conditioning worked well. The guy that owns it was friendly and most helpful. He gave us a great map to the districts to visit and how the get there. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We had a sweet treat on our bed every day. Breakfast was delicious and the first day we had to leave before breakfast and they made us a boxed breakfast.

Great breakfast options, everything prepared on the spot from a menu selection, only fresh produce. Couldn't be more pleased, honestly. The room was spacious, comfortable and well-kept. Our hosts were very amiable and offered all the information we needed to help us explore the city.
