No English TV channels that I could find. No WiFi in the room (but available in reception) Path to beach wasn’t pleasant (lots of rubbish) We only stayed 1 night and would have been bored if we stayed for longer as there’s not much surrounding the hotel Some walls/ceilings looked a bit tired/rusty/mouldy

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel environment is clean and well-maintained, and the room facilities are in good condition.

I stayed in another section of the hotel, which is a bit farther from the main building, so the connection between the two isn’t very convenient. That section only has a swimming pool and no restaurant, so for meals you need to go back to the main building or eat outside, which can be inconvenient. Aside from that, the experience was good overall—great for a relaxing stay. If you value easy access and dining options, I’d recommend booking in the main building.

Nanu Betalbatim is located at a serene location in South Goa away from North Goa rush and noise. It is gifted by a lovely shoreline and beach for which you will have to walk few hundred metres behind the property. The shacks (private operators) are quiet and doesn't have the loud music and nuisance of the other beaches. We lived in the G+1 spacious accommodation for three days for the college reunion and our suite provided ample space for our late night gatherings with the friends and alike. This is a sprawling resort with open lawns and dining spaces + banquet hall with a huge terrace where you can watch sunset if you don't feel like going to the beach behind. Breakfast spread is a comprehensive one with something for everyone. Food quality was good and didn't cause any digestion issues, so we were happy (as we are wary of any food which is not home cooked). It is a good place to unwind and relax and otherwise at a very reasonable price.

They don't have much choice of food in the restaurant menu for grills/ Italian. Actually you have to be a Goan food lover to explore their menu properly. Hence, we will keep our comments limited in this section.

The staff was courteous, well behaved and polite. Service was good.

A bit pricey when it comes to the food. Although a variety of dishes were available for breakfast, we were still looking for some good dishes. The restaurant served less quantity. Wifi was pathetic. Also you have to go out to go to the beach. While booking it seemed like the beach was accessible from the hotel itself.

Excellent hospitality, beach is just behind the resort, betalbatim beach is fabulous and very serene. Food is good. If you want to relax yourself away from crowded goa and spend quality time with family near to beach this resort is the best.

Near to resort there is nothing much and you literally have to purchase everything and eat completely in the resort.

We liked the location, breakfast was good, rooms, and surroundings were good. You can just walk to the beach. The beach is not very busy, and not very empty. It is clean as well. The garden space near the restaurant adds a happening part in being there. Kids, and family members can play and have fun. We will prefer to book it again in the future. The place is very photogenic.

The Internet (wifi) of the resort is very bad. This is the one thing which should definitely improve.

The stay near beach was very breezy and clean. The staff were very polite and helpful.

The most important thing which every Indian customers crave in the breakfast was missing - MILK TEA. Also wifi was either very slow or not working at all.

reception staff was not up to date . no welcome no good buy to guests. even after calling three times the house keeping staff never pick up used utensils . no exhaust fan in toilets. small basic t.v. with exposed wires. no tv panel. a wedding going on there and whole staff was just taking care of those people and forget that other guests have also paid for their stay.
