There was a booking issue between Booking.com and the Hotel. The booking was valid but the hotel had no record of it through THEIR booking confirmation number. The hotel manager finally got involved and I'm assuming everything was taken care of.

The breakfast was fabulously filled with choices and all fresh. We enjoyed to noon checkout which we used to our advantage but using the hot tub after breakfast. The bed was firm which is my preference.

The no show shuttle. I confirmed the day before arrival and upon check in. We had an event to go to and since the shuttle was a no show we had no other choice but to grab a taxi. Poor service. I don't know why it was even advertised.

Very clean and comfortable. Our room was very very nice with a good view. Breakfast was amazing with a wide selection and a lot of seating which was awesome!

The staff at the front desk were a bit unprofessional. One staff member had a friend? Other coworker? Off the clock standing up there with her and her friend was on FaceTime with some guy on speaker phone. The staff member had told her to “be quiet” or “quiet down when we got to the desk.

The room was beautiful, and I liked that we could log into our own streaming accounts to watch TV. We were attending an event and didn't spend much time in the room but the veiw was stunning and I would have liked to stay longer.

It took forever for the hot water to reach us. Most of the hot foods for breakfast had red and green peppers in it, which is ok but too much. The bathroom in lobby was out of toilet paper in most stalls.

Close to things, safe, clean, very friendly and efficient staff. Wonderful lobby and bar area. Very comfortable and love the complimentary hot cocoa and cookies. Showers are great!

Our bed was lower at the head. Usually it’s fine.

I love that the hotel does not use air freshener in the lobby or rooms. Other hotels do this and I could choke. The lobby and breakfast area is large and airy with an outdoor patio attached. As a Covid conscious person this makes me happy. It was easy to park in the garage and ride straight up to my room. Parking was reasonable compared with other hotels.

Stain on carpet in room.

Truly the best Hampton Inn we've ever stayed in. Beautiful facility and rooms. I thought that it was brand new! I complimented the manager at how beautiful the hotel was and was shocked to hear the hotel is almost ten years old. I never would guessed it!!

Paying for parking in the garage because but understandable considering it's "downtown".

Breakfast was great. The main attraction (eggs, sausage etc) was different each day. The little quiche and little breakfast quesadillas were delicious. Though it was summer, I enjoyed the packets of hot chocolate.

Some items were all out.

Breakfast was OK. They need to step up the quality of the eggs and sausage. Sausage is too spicy. Eggs tasted bland. Waffles were great though.

We asked the receptionist to have our room cleaned at Day#2 and no one ever showed up. They said that the reason why is because they were short staffed given the holiday weekend. Not acceptable.

it was nice and clean and the breakfast spread was decent.

didnt care for the bathroom door- it was a barn door/ sliding style and it was loud and there were gaps that let a lot of light out when it closed which made it difficult to not wake up the other guest in the room when i went for a middle of the night bathroom break. Other than than everything was great and no complaints.
