Very close to the train station and transport links. Only a short walk into the main city centre. Good aircon, which was a blessing when the temperature hit 37c outside.

Room was quite small, especially the bathroom. Access to the shower, which was over the bath, wasn't the easiest, and there was no bracket to hold the shower head, other than one at knee height. So in order to have a shower you had to hold the shower head. I assume this was part of the hotels policy on saving water as per the sign in the bathroom (ie. wet body. Turn shower off. Lather body. Wash lather off. Very admirable but not ideal).

Excellent location near train station and short walk to the main centre We were able to check in on arrival before 3pm allowing us to get sorted and venture out! Very helpful and friendly welcome Room although not large was clean and absolutely ok for two nights stay bathroom shower good breakfast was continental in style but this was enough for us All staff were friendly and wifi good A really lovely hotel

We didn’t need to leave baggage but some people had and it was stacked in reception not a hazard but a secure place might be better There wasn’t any coffee/tea making facilities in the room this didn't bother us at all but some people might like it although our room only had a small shelf so no room for kettle

Clean comfortable room, good soundproofing from the road. Great location - train station/airport shuttle just across the road, and an easy 15min walk to Le Capitole. Good security, felt safe as a solo traveller.

Nothing really, but if I had to pick something it would be that the bathroom was really small - however it was still perfectly functional. Would have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room, but these are available at reception at all times

Great location, right across from the main train station, but in a quiet corner. Easy to move around in the city. Parking close by. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the AC and when we came back from the city the issue was fixed and the room temperature was very pleasant. The hotel is pretty basic and the room is not big, but if you are going to be out most of the day and need a safe place to stay, and want to save money, this is your place. I will go back.

they should have a coffe maker in the room and a safe to put your valuables. None of these were available.

- Excellent location and value for money - Comfortable for a 2 night stay in a single room - Felt safe for a female solo traveller as there was always someone at the front desk 24/7, and to be allowed entrance into the hotel you had to ring the doorbell - The area felt safe, and easy access to shops for food and drink in the train station - Staff were nice

- Having to hand keys in every time you left was a bit of a faff. I didn't leave any valuables in the room. However staff were quick to remember who's key was who's so this was handed back to you immediately back on arrival

Pefect location, few minutes walking to the railway station and the huge parking lot next to the station, Friendly staffs. There is no refrig in the room, every staff we met smiled and let us use the one in public restuarant, and help put food in and bring them out every day.

No water curtain in bathroom, a lot of water splashes onto the floor when bathing, sorry for that.

Reception staff were especially kind and helpful. The location was perfect for accessing the train station and buses to the airport. Great price for a safe place to stay. The building architecture in an unusual footprint was interesting, too.

It is a trade off. You get a safe place to stay at a fair price. The sheets were clean but bathroom cleaning from past guests could be improved.

Clean, comfortable, great location for the railway station. Rooms always clean, with decent en-suite facilities. Cycle storage available in secure garage around the corner….however…..

…we have stayed here a number of times previously and never before had to pay for the secure cycle storage. The hotel did email me about the additional cost on the afternoon of our arrival. Next time we are in Toulouse I will probably look to spend the extra funds on an alternative hotel, or will choose to lock up our bikes at the station.

This hotel is in a convenient location for train station & city centre. Orange airport bus (9 euros) goes roughly every 15 minutes from bus stop at railway station. The receptionist was friendly & helpful & researched bus times for us. No noise from outside the building & bed was very comfortable. Good quality toiletries & everything provided worked well. Would stay again if given a quieter room.

Very rare not to provide a kettle & coffee. Our room (101) was very noisy from other guests as right next to stairs.

A special mention to the helpful staff especially Hassan and the friendly breakfast service team. Hassan was very resourceful and went out of his way to help me retrieve my bag containing my passport, handphone and money which I have left behind at a restaurant after dinner. Thanks to him, I could continue with the rest of my holidays !
