The location was close to the airport. I missed the shuttle the first time it came around to pick me up because I was expecting a hotel branded shuttle. This shuttle was a older white shuttle with a previous hotels name peeled off the side and a piece of paper in the window that said "SH". Front desk agents were polite and smoothly checked me in. King room was nice, bed was comfortable. Room came with a fridge. We thought the bar closed at 12, night one we went at 9:50 they said they close at 10 but still made our drinks. Night two we went at 9 they were closed so we had to go to a neighbor hotel bar. Overall for a quick business trip it was fine.

The hotel is very close to the airport and has a free shuttle service running every half hour to the airport. The room is large and the bed is comfortable.

There was a dark hair on the door to the bathroom. Considering neither of us have dark hair, it couldn’t have been ours. Because it is so close to the airport, you can hear the planes taking off and landing until late. It isn’t super loud, but it is consistent enough that you may not fall asleep until they finally finish for the night.

I thought the bathroom was well thought out and overall the room was very comfortable and large. The best aspect though was the food. It was not your generic breakfast offering found at airport hotels but rather freshly prepared using fresh ingredients.

My pet hate is when a hotel states if you wish to reuse your towels to hang them up (which i did) and then to have these replaced. unfortunately this happened.

Staff was very nice, we really loved the convenience of the hotel to the airport. The shuttle was exactly what we were looking for when I booked it. The price was also a plus!

We decided to eat at the restaurant for dinner on a Thursday night. We waited for 1.5 hours for basic food with only a few other guests eating. So that was kinda a disappointment.

Liked the hotel. Shuttle was good. Restaurant food was good, but didn't have a salad that was on the menu or appetizers or serve a bread with meal. But food/steaks were good.

hotel offers all you need for a basic stay. convenient location close to airport, shuttle is available too, staff is friendly, they drove me convenience store late evening so I can get a few snacks upon my arrival. great value for money.

Everything went smoothly, people were really nice, price was good for the quality and food too. The room was clean and I had everything I needed to stay. Nice shower too with all the stuff required to take it, no need to bring my own towels, body soap or shampoo.

The bathroom door had a little gap on the side.

The hotel was in a great location. We had an usual amount of luggage, and the Valet guys were amazing! They answered our questions and I didn't feel like I was inconveniencing them. We had the car parked and 2 hours later pulled out and each of the guys was positive and accommodating! Helped solve our quirky problems with a smile! Thanks a million!

Room service food was cold and very bland. Server was very polite and professional.

Pool, restaurant, bar, fitness center, shuttle every 30 mins to airport, close to enough to the airport that you can watch planes land and take off, was very clean and nice staff, will definitely stay here again.
