The checkin instructions were thorough and the host gave me a warm welcome upon arrival. The rooms are large and the bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also large and clean. The wifi worked well.

The location is okay, near the station, but more than a kilometre from the old town. The bathrooms are shared, accessible down a public corridor. Lastly, for the price I expected complimentary tea/coffee but there was nothing, not even a kettle if you bring your own.

Marta is a very kind and welcoming host—she greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information. The place is a great choice for a layover near Bergamo Airport. The shared bathrooms were clean, and the environment was quiet and peaceful.

The area around the apartment felt a bit unsafe. As we were leaving, we witnessed a pickpocket stealing from some girls right outside the door. The surroundings felt sketchy, likely due to its proximity to the station.

It was a really nice and clean room. I had an early flight therefore booked this property for the night before. The host was really nice, even providing suggestions for around the city. As in every city’s train station, the neighbourhood might seem a little sketchy, however I felt safe, especially since there was a police stations right next door. I also found the bed comfortable and overall had a good sleep.

The idea of a shared bathroom didn’t bother me, since it was clean and spacious. However, the door of the bathroom I used didn’t lock properly. Even though there was a sign that said that when in use the door should be closed, I felt a bit uneasy from the idea that someone might not read it and get in and as a result didn’t use the shower.

Location is so close to the train station, bed was very comfortable and the shower was spot on. I travel in the area regularly and will be returning on my next trip through Bergamo. The host was very friendly and informative, he recommended a café 30 metres to the left of the building. I went for coffer and brioche the next morning, can highly recommend

Its not a "not like", but many places have at least a bottler of water in the room, or a cup to get a drink

Perfect location right in the middle of Bergamo town, just a 2 minute walk from the train and bus station. Restaurants and Mini Market just around the corner. Marta is a lovely host and welcomed us, giving us great tips on what to see locally and where to eat. The rooms are so spacious and comfortable, as is the bathroom, and there is a kitchen with all amenities for the use of guests. We would certainly stay here again

The host Marta was amazing. Very friendly and informative, always ready to help and speaks pretty well in English. The location was excellent - 2min walk from the train station and the bus station. We had an early morning flight, so we had to take the first bus in the morning to the airport, which was right around the corner from the Guest house.

The Guest house is an apartment in an old building and the apartment itself hasn't seen a renovation for quite some time, so despite the room being seemingly clean, it had a weird scent. I would describe the scent as "grandmother's house". It's not disgusting, but it is outdated.

I recently stayed at City’s House Guest House and had a fantastic experience. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure guests feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The location was also perfect, with easy access to local attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. I would definitely return!

This property is just a block and a half from the train station and bus area. It is also very close to a Maine Boulevard lots of restaurants and shops. Marta what is exceptionally kind and punctual, and she had lots of suggestions on what’s best to see in the city.

It would be great if there were some automatic lights to come on when you first walk in the main door, and once you come off the elevator into that that hallway, if it would automatically be lit, that’s the only thing that I would suggest

Well-located very close to the railway station. The host is super friendly, she gave us a lot of good recomendations about sights and restaurants. The room is very beautiful, classic style with a fan. Beautiful bed. Two bathrooms with all the required cosmetics provided. Cozy lobby that is vintage, almost like a museum.

Perfect location, just 5 minutes from the train station and busses for the airport. Warm cozy room, really quiet and clean. Comfy bed, shared big clean bathroom. Communication with the host was clear and really friendly. Will definitely come back again
