I really like the fact that the rooms were not carpeted. The breakfast was good and I loved the pancake maker. The bed was comfortable as well. I was in town for a wedding, and all of my family who stayed at the Lynchburg Grand Hotel said it was very old, had dirty carpets and broken doors, and they were all grossed out by that hotel. I was so thankful that we stayed at the Bella Vista and it I am ever in Lynchburg again, this will be my hotel of choice. I highly recommend it, and this may be a first for me as it pertains to recommending hotels because I am usually grossed out in some form or fashion. Still, I didn't experience that with the Bella Vista, and our price was so reasonable.

The only thing I didn't like was there was a dirty wash cloth hanging inside the shower behind the curtain, but the front desk Manager, Linda, took care of that right away. The floor needs to be swept or swiffered by the wall by the nightstand that is between the two Queen beds, and where the bed meets the wall. I have extreme OCD, so I see everything, and it's hard to please me when it comes to hotels, but that didn't taint my perspective of this beautiful hotel.

This was my second time staying there within a year, and the hospitality is by far the best. Kiara, she is at the front desk, is the sweetest. If you ever have a problem or an issue, she gets on it. If you just need to get away from the fast life and need peace and serenity, you definitely have it here. Connecticut is my home, but in time, Lynchburg will be home, and hey, if I need a job when I relocate, I would not mind working here at Bella Vista.

The room was spacious and clean, everything operable. The location was central, but quiet, no ambient noise from outside heard within. The hotel had a nice calm vibe. The price was lower than you would expect for this level of accommodation.

The tiniest gripe would be that the breakfast doesn't start until 7 AM, we needed to be on the road before that so we missed what looked like was going to be a nice breakfast.

The suite was spacious. Very cold ac which i loved. The staff was friendly, very respectful and understanding. Cordell was very attentive and helpful. Just wish it had another table in living room so i could set my cup on while i watch tv. The view was nice. Pool nice. Very beautiful hotel.

The suite 407 i reserved. The AC smelled like fish when i turn it on in the living room area. So i went to front desk and told them the problem they switch my room to another suite.

They had wonderful, spacious rooms with spotless bathrooms. The elevator is the fastest I've ever seen.the bed was clean and very comfortable. The room temperature was perfect. It's quiet. There was free parking. Late check-in and neat communal spaces

Needs more eco-friendly options for coffee, tea and bathroom supplies in the rooms as well as the breakfast plates and utensils.

Location was close to liberty University. Close to stores and restaurants. This hotel is clean and updated . We booked here again because we were impressed with the comfortable rooms , restaurant in the hotel and for location.

My brother showed up before to get the room, the room wasn’t ready. We come back after going to the mall the room wasn’t cleaned yet. The lady at the desk, apologized and gave us a discount. We didn’t ask or even care about this discount because we understood. She did it anyway, definitely will be coming back!!

We were so pleasantly surprised! Pics online did not do it justice. Absolutely beautiful. Loved the king suite. The front desk clerks were absolutely the best!!!! They were so down to earth, friendly and extremely helpful. Wish we knew their names. You have the cream of the crop with those 2 ladies! Could not have asked for anything better. A+++++ Enjoyed our stay so very much.

This hotel is very pretty, our room was huge and really nice. Very clean! The breakfast in the mornings was great, lots of choices. Staff were professional, courteous and friendly! Plus we’ve never ridden in an elevator that goes up & down so fast lol, (our room was located on the 5th floor), but you cannot feel it! ☺️ Totally recommend staying here!

Very nice place. Great breakfast. The young lady working the front desk was amazing, friendly and so helpful.

Only thing I can think of is lack of curtains on the windows. The blind allowed light to come in on the sides. Very minor thing, other than that this a truly amazing place.
