The room was clean and big! Near by plenty of places to grab food and the area was very secure. Most importantly the staff were incredible. I was making my way to Keppel island which required a grocery shop, early morning bus and ferry. All these were incredibly time sensitive. My host knew this and made sure to be up early to offer me a hand by driving me to the grocery shop (including helping me find where everything was) and making sure I got to the bus in time with all my bags and luggage. He even gave me two dollars as I had no Aussie cash as I only arrived. The bus ended up coming early. If he hadn't been so kind in helping me I wouldn't have made it. I feel really blessed and forever thankful for this kindness. ❤️ I would encourage everyone to stay here 🙂

Everything was excellent

The man at check in was very helpful. The room was very clean. The location was very good - south side of Rockhampton The room was massive with two comfortable lounge chairs and coffee table as well as kitchen table with two chairs. great size bar fridge. Wifi very good and free. TV has all the apps. Shower fantastic water pressure and temperature. Genius level 3 got me all this for $115 on a Saturday night!

The noise. No fly screen. Told that there was new carpet so extremely strong smell like fresh paint or glue? Not sure. No privacy curtains only a blind. Hairdyer gave zero flow. Could not dry hair. Very strong sewerage smell from bathroom at times. Bed too soft for my liking

Central, secure and spotlessly clean. Seems to be family owned and operated, recently refreshed amenities and rooms. Staff are lovely, happy cleaners are a good sign the business runs smoothly. Manager Sunil is always responsive and attentive to guest requests. All round great little motel in good location suitable if travelling for work, with family or solo like myself. Felt comfortable and secure. Three stays so far.

Location, security, laundry facilities and relaxed atmosphere. Secure car park with code only access gives peace of mind.

I have stayed here previously when it was under another name. Much the same as before but most notable change was installation of security gates on both vehicular entrances and exits. Close to Central Business District facilities even allowing for walking in not needing to carry too much by hand. Room hadn't changed much with new branding and could do with

Room amenities and decor hasn't changed with new branding and could do with a make over. Needs more power outlets to cater for contemporary travelers needs especially in the bathroom where no outlet could be found. Fortunately I travel with my own power boards and leads just in case this situation arises. One power switch was inoperative and its need of repair was mentioned to the manager when I was checking out.

Hospitality and helpfulness of staff was appreciated. Security was exceptional - gated complex for vehicle and lower level rooms; two door access and electronic door locks on upper level. The upper level rooms are new, fresh, clean and comfortable. Very adequate for an overnight or short stay.

Bathroom was spacious and complete with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner etc but there was no shelf / vanity space or hooks for clothes - perhaps this is still in progress as the room was very new.

Newly renovated room was clean, modern and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, the water in the shower was hot and plentiful, the air conditioner was quiet and maintained the room at a pleasant and comfortable temperature. The room was quiet despite being on a busy road. The room was well equipped with cutlery, crockery, fridge and microwave oven. The manager took the time to show us how the security gates worked and to show us where our room was located.

The security gates for vehicular access were a bit inconvenient to use, but we appreciated the security they offered.

Good central location - walk to shops. Very clean, spacious room with everything needed for o’nt stay. 2 comfortable cane armchairs. Good WiFi. Good lighting. Very secure with code to enter car park.

Official online site said “all units ground floor”. Our Superior Queen Room was allocated upstairs. Another guest offered to swap reservations, so we accepted the standard room (no chocolates). It was worth downgrading to be able to park right at our door. Frig needs repair, so door shelf can be used.

Lovely and clean and quiet, everything was easy to use and there’s plenty of space in the rooms. Comfortable and very nice looking rooms too. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the pool was clean. Great place to stay.

The washer and dryer situation, as it was just one washer and one dryer for all the motel guests and it’s a little difficult to get your washing done with other people’s clothes in there.

Bed was super comfy. Generous with supplied items. eg Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel. Bathroom is dated but clean but am sure renovations are continuing as most other things have been done. Helpful staff.

Bathroom had some old mildew which we understand will only be removed with renovation. We can see that this is all in progress. Facilities was still super clean.

The room was very clean.The Staff were very friendly and were only to happy to help. The location is great as you are close to food outlets. Easy to get in and out of
