The Suite came fully furnished with a full kitchen including utensils, dishes, and glassware. It made cooking feel like home.

They started doing exterior building maintenance too early in the morning and woke me up. Normally it wouldn’t be an issue, but my flight got in late the night before and I was planning to sleep in more.

location is great, near keystone and the fashion mall, and many restaurants.

the kitchenware utensils were all dirty! it was gross! cups were yellowish. looks like they don’t clean the utensils after people leaving! They count on the costumer to clean them?!! there isn’t even a loofah to wash the dishes, pots, etc! the room and bed were clean but the fact that you pay more for this little studio to cook yourself but find out it’s dirty, then you paid more for nothing!!

I stay here weekly. Staff is very friendly, and have no issues. Stayed in the handicap suite this stay. For a person who would be in a wheel chair the room seems it would be very easily for the person to get around.

Stayed in the handicap room, which was not a good fit for me. Toilet paper holder was missing, and no garbage can. Overall the room was clean.

The facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly, David in particular was exceptionally helpful. I was surprised by the accommodations provided given the affordable price. The location was convenient, the breakfast was hot and fresh, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. If this location is any indication of what I can expect with this brand I'll certainly be looking for a "TownePlace" in my future travels!

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the bed was very comfortable.

The body wash wasn’t refilled before my stay and I ran out in the middle of my shower.

My pending fee on my card is 28$ higher than My 3 separate invoices I have. Not sure why my pending is$190. And the 3 I have are for $162.64 kinda aggravated by that and when I called they cannot answer me

the room was like an apartment- nice space, desk and full kitchen.

parking was limited and far away from the entrance. we were there in 12degree weather and was difficult to carry all of our belongings in the frigid temperatures from the car to the room. the room was great for us, but would have been difficult for elderly or physically disabled because of the stairs.

the location was perfect for the conference i attended at the Sheridan. The staff was kind and very attentive. The wall fan was great for heat, cool and to cover the noise of doors slamming & hall noise

The location was very noisy because it was next to the entrance to the sleeping floors. nothing the hotel can do about rude/loud people coming and going to their rooms.

The room is good.. spacious and with a mini kitchen .. location is good.

It's like an old building..Breakfast should be better.. outside carpet area should be renewed .. bit pricey...No indoor pool...
