Good location, close to North Middlesex University Hospital. Easy to find, parking on site which is free, easy to access the building - clear instructions given on how to enter your room.

No bedside table within the room which was odd. Parking although onsite and free is hit-and-miss, many other guests are not mindful of how they park - people often getting block in or cannot access their car (designated spaces, e.g. marked out in white paint) may help to prevent people blocking other cars. Room is very noisy - you can hear all other guests within the building especially the doors opening and closing/keypad access

Room is lovely and spacious, bedding was clean and fresh along with fresh towels. Room is adequate for the length of stay, warm and easy to control the temperature. Nice to have windows which open to allow some fresh air into the room.

Curtains are very light which let a lot of light in, not ideal as I was on night shifts which meant I needed an eye mask to be able to sleep during the day. I also got woken up by the cleaner who let herself into my room whilst I was sleeping - this was a shock to the system, although not her fault, would be nice to have had the option to opt out of a room check.

The place gave me what I needed. It was warm and clean in there. Location very close to the Tottenham stadium. I would stay again

I brought my nephew to stay on the sofa bed. There was no extra blanket to cover to put on him. We managed to get away with it as the room was warm though i think it should be noted by the owners to have extra blanket / covers in there if they know a child is attending. The tv remote didn’t work, even though I bought batteries, it still didn’t work so the volume was very low

Handy location for the NFL in Tottenham, short walk to Silver Street Station. Only an hour if walking all the way to Tottenham. Owner was very accommodating when I arrived slightly earlier. Comfortable, clean, modern room. Able to park on street for free

Only niggle inside was the TV seemed to say there was no connection, but I didn't need it at all. On the corner of the street there had been some fly tipping, but the council were clearing that not much later

Lovely spacious room, great shower with fresh clean towels, good ventilation with the windows and nice to have net curtains to allow some privacy as well as normal curtains for the evening time. Close to North Middlesex University Hospital

Room isn't very quiet, you can hear a lot of noise from the other rooms, especially when using the toilet (flushing) and entering through the front door. Black-out curtains would be useful now that we are coming into Summer Time and the days are getting longer.

Really good customer service. We had an issue (another guest smoking inside which was horrible) and the staff acted quickly. Obviously it wasn't their fault that it had happened, but they were quick to respond to my messages (even though it was late at night) and take action. I had also needed customer service input before the trip and I tried to extend the stay and accidentally booked the wrong room. Staff were very accommodating and helped me get it sorted.

Nice spacious room, lovely to have the big windows to let in a lot of light during the day. Was also nice to have a view of my car parked on the drive. Shower was lovely, powerful and warm. Bathroom was a good size.

Room was very bright at night because of a light above the door and the curtains being so thin and light. This made it very hard to sleep, also being the closest room to the front door meant I was woken by everyone coming in and out of the property.

Good overall stay, room is lovely and spacious, nice amount of windows which provide good natural light. Heating works well, great shower which is lovely and powerful, fresh towels were lovely and nice to have the wardrobe to hang some clothing.

Could have used some more hangers in the wardrobe, only 2 is a little stingy. When the bathroom fan is on there is quite a strong smell on cigarette smoke which is unpleasant as a non smoker - had to keep the windows open

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was very good and bed was comfortable. The staff were easy to contact and guided us easily to enter the room with the digital coded door lock. We used this accommodation to go to an event at the Drumsheds. We got an Uber there that came in 3 minutes and got a bus back which took 15 minutes.

The sky window was above the bed. The beautiful morning sunshine woke me up way earlier than I wanted to be awake. There was no blind to cover the light.

Free parking which is great in London. Attending Tottenham Football stadium and about £8 in uber so ideal for us. Property had everything we needed for one night stay

Only issue was a green light in ceiling which remained on during night so a bit annoying for sleeping.
