Clean Property Owners of the hotel were wonderful! The guy owner was out every morning doing things and checking on guests We had a house. The house was huge- Tons of room. Wish the Tv in the living room was bigger and over the fireplace. It was crazy to have such a huge living room and a tiny 32 inch TV on a rolling tv stand The fireplace was wonderful! Kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils and necessities to cook a meal. Dishwasher was a great addition & their was even dishwasher packets so we didn’t have to purchase that! Both bathrooms were stocked with plenty of travel sized soaps, lotions, shampoo & conditioner , toilet paper and tissues Bedrooms were huge! Wish the floors were hardwood. Beds were clean, and comfortable. Balcony off of the one bedroom was a nice addition! Great spot for morning coffee/Tea Swing set, basketball hoop, ping pong table, bbq grilling area, Are all great for families. Indoor pool was warm. It’s located almost inside of like a greenhouse type building. I believe during the HOT, HOT, summer months they just slide open all the doors to make it more open I don’t think the Roof is removable Wish there was more parking lot lighting We made a trip at night to get ice from the ice machine and it was extremely dark

Tight Parking Remove Parking spot near ice machine/Check-In Office, so people coming in off of Canada street can pull thru. That one parking spot made it hard to squeeze thru

I loved that we were right next to the playground and pool and that it was an easy walk to town. It was very clean and I loved that the suite we stayed in the provided utensils, cups,plates and pans. The pool was perfect that we we're able to go swimming even if it was raining because of the full coverage it had over it. The staff was super friendly and helped us if needed. I love that they provided grills as well and cleaned the grill the next day for us. There was plenty of parking and we were able to park right in front of our suite and there was plenty of parking

We were very pleased with the stay, the rooms were clean and spacious, the room was well set up and it was quiet. Ice and vending was convenient to our room. Facilities were great, pool, fire pit and basketball hoop. Parking was excellent, check in was easy and we have discussed coming back next year.

the area for the basketball hoop could be flatter and concrete or hard top surface would be great but it's functional. Only issue in the room was the toilet, you had to press and hold a couple seconds, easy fix for that.

Super cute super clean property that is on the Main Street of lake George Town! The rooms were super clean especially the bathrooms and carpet ( I hate going to places with old dingy sticky carpets 🥵) the safe was lovely! The nice thing also is that the pool, BBQ area play area where all in the same location so for people with lil kids it’s perfect! Also it was super clean had new BBQ grills to grill on! Extra wood and coal if needed! It was just perfect! One of the best inns we have ever visited! Especially In lake George! Highly recommend

Wish the pool was open not covered! But I see the benefit of it on rainy days so it’s good ! Also an extra plus is that the pool was clean and had some extra life guard vests for the lil ones which was thoughtful! There is nothing bad about this property it’s an A++

Super super clean property! Housekeeping came the second day we were there and did an amazing job. You can request if you need it.Staff was super friendly. There was so much to do between the pool, ping pong table, volleyball net, and playground for the kids. Very well kept property.

The beds were a little stiff. The couch was stiff but we didn’t use it much. The interior is a little dated but most importantly clean.

We had a fun weekend getaway in Lake George and staying in Americas Best Value Inn and Suites. The location was perfect—just a short walk to Main Street, which made everything super convenient. The outdoor facilities were great, and we really enjoyed the recreational area and BBQ setup. A great spot for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend with family or friends!

Few small bugs inside the room and parking can be a little challenging.

The location was perfect. The room was very clean. The staff were all friendly.

The mini fridge in the room was a little smaller than expected. I thought based on the pictures it was counter height. We brought snacks and couldn’t fit them in the fridge. And the microwave was outside and comunal. Not a deal breaker just not what was expected based on the pictures and description.

We were in the back, which was fabulous because we had small children and therefore had access to the playground, and the pool easily, and we also did take advantage of the charcoal grills. The staff was more than helpful and kind when we called and needed them.

The property was very quiet and clean. The beds were comfortable. We only stayed one night, so we didn’t try out any of the amenities, though the outdoor area in the back looked inviting.The location was fabulous! It was right on the strip and yet peaceful, as well. The price on booking.com was very fair.

The rooms were slightly dated, but everything was functional, so I was fine with that.

My wife and I loved the location, close to all Lake George has to offer. Also very quiet and relaxing. The property is well kept with lots of fun things for kids of all ages and adults as well. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. I will certainly stay here again when returning to the area

I didn't like that we had to check out and return home to South Carolina.
