I loved our room. We got a suite that had an adorable set-up: including a small kitchen with a microwave and stove top. The living/bed space was spacious in our suite and included a desk for work if needed. My favorite place was the fireplace in front of the couch, made for great wine nights and relaxing. I enjoyed the free water and coffee located in the lobby.

The parking... the parking is like a battlefield. We were lucky enough to be walking distance from State Street, so we barely used the car. But the parking spots are compact and there are few. Thankfully, we stayed during the middle of the week with not as many residents, but cannot imagine when at full capacity.

Location, style of room and grounds. Very good views, comfortable, clean and accommodating. Wine and cheese from 5-7p was excellent and breakfast the next morning hit the spot with delicious pastries and coffee.

The only downfall was that our room [#38] was over the alley to another hotel that apparently has laundry service scheduled at 420am. The truck noise and the worker moving large bins made for a startling and abrupt wake up that early. I suggest hotel management discuss this with the neighbor hotel management to schedule a later [after 7am] service.

This property was amazing!! It was legit a 2 minute walk from the beach and maybe a 15 minute walk from downtown Santa Barbara. The hotel itself was beautiful, the white exterior combined with all the greenery from the plants made it feel like a private oasis. Santa Barbara can be quite expensive, but my friend and I, both 18, found this hotel that offered great deals for its price. They also let us check in early which I am so grateful for!

The breakfast was pretty small, it was just dry foods for the most part. I enjoyed a bagel every day but some protein would have been nice.

Had to make a day of arrival change. Both Booking.com and onsite staff were amazingly helpful and accommodating. The property was beautiful and in a great location. Will definitely stay again.

The toilet, we felt like I was in kinderga again. This bathroom could easily accommodate a chair height ADA toilet. Also, the tub didn't have enough slip resistant strips. It was very slippery and felt unsafe because the grab bar was not a good location for us old folks.

Staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Enjoyed the wine and cheese hour and continental breakfast with exceptional pastries that you can either eat in the dining room or take back to your room. We had a full kitchen with utensils, tableware and an eat in area, fireplace with sitting area and king size bed. Room 31 opens onto the courtyard with a fire pit and tables. Off street covered self parking and free wifi. Around the corner from busy Cabrillo Ave so it was nice and quiet. Our dog loved it too!

Hot water was quick except for the bathroom sink, but otherwise perfect

Very friendly staff, LGBT friendly, free self serve drinks and cheese in the afternoon, very well designed rooms with functionality. The bed is EPIC! You feel pretty comfortable and like home. Breakfast is a nice small selection, but they served PORTOS pastries, the best surprise! This place has amazing thoughts and details to make you feel great from the bed, room amenities, cleanliness, staff, and good vibes.

The lights in the room were bright white bulbs, wished they were more warmer yellow. The inn is a bit small so sometimes you can hear from other outside areas and rooms next door.

Location, cleanliness and quiet. We had been there several times previous PLUS the property takes small dogs. A huge bonus!!

The evening wine/ cheese needs some improvement - other than the cost of lodging is a bit high AND the check in a 4 is really quite late. I know with noon checkouts it's tough to get the units cleaned earlier but 4 is a late.

Breakfast: Delicious home baked blueberry muffins, tasty coffee, and nice array of options. The location was incredible, just a block from the harbor and walks on the beach. The architectural style is charming: red roof, white stucco, and lots of Mexican tile details. Parking was easy and convenient. Everything was compact and close together.

Our room was very small with just one small window opening to a walkway.

Wonderful little upstairs suite with extra bedroom and kitchen and two bathrooms and two closets! Separate bedroom was great to have our own spaces. Great location a block from the beach in lovely neighborhood. Dog friendly was a good nightly rate. Very cozy, Pretty foliage beds and fire pit.

Good location for the beach. We arrived late and the front desk gave us wine and cheese on the house - a nice generous touch. Very reasonably priced. Adequate, clean room. The place did what it needed to and a little bit more.

Very warm room until we opened up all the windows, no safe and located on the ground floor, which could cause security concerns for some. We were four people and only there for one night, so this didn't apply to us, but might be a consideration for people alone, or on multiday stays who would need to leave stuff in the room while looking around town. No fridge either, and not much space for unpacking.
