The location is great, very picturesque. The view from the room was excellent. The staff were great. It's at the peaceful end of the beach away from the busier parts of the beach. Good for snorkeling off the rocks near the hotel.

The hotel needs to do more to clear the beach of plastic etc. someone should be out there every morning tidying up. The hotel charges an extra 150 baht per day for a child to have breakfast! (On the first morning mine had two waffles at 75 baht each!) The breakfast was that typical standard Thai hotel breakfast, very ordinary. The introduction of an omelette station and the option of an egg pan would improve it.

This is a great resort situated directly on the beach 150 meters from where boat can drop you at wharf. A walk along the sand..or you can catch ferry to main wharf and catch pick up. The staff are amazing very happy to assist you with any requests. Rooms vary in quality and location we selected the grand room and it was right on beach fantastic. Koh Samet has a undiscovered feel about it although there are many resorts and hotels. Each beach has fine sand blue very clean water. Be aware that only 1 ATM on the island and most places require cash. ATM has just re opened

The staff were amazing (in particular Dam, Juliet and Cris), so helpful and friendly. The resort is on the end of the beach so is quiet, and the beach is clean, but it’s only a few minutes walk to the middle of the beach where the restaurants are. It looks idillic, like paradise. We sat outside for breakfast every morning on the tables near the water, it was beautiful (and the food was good!) The room was clean. The grounds are clean. If you’re looking for a perfect lil family getaway, this is the place for you. We didn’t want to leave! We visited a few other beaches and this one was by far the best! We can’t wait to come back again!

The only downside was sometimes the plumbing to the toilet, the smell would back up. But you’re on a beautiful island so just go outside for a few minutes. I imagine that issue would be the same everywhere on the island.

A lovely, small resort at the far end of the beach. I prefer something quieter while the beach is just there and numerous other restaurants are within walking distance. Wonderful and helpful staff that assisted with all kinds of matters, e.g. scooter hire, daytrips to the islands, booking return tickets etc. The breakfast is simple, but there are cold drinks and refreshments available throughout the day.

I didn't gather from the photos that there are two rooms sharing the walls, and given it's all wooden, the sound and vibrations travel (I notice it). With a slightly better room, this could be better.

The staff are very accomodating and thevservice is excellent making our family feel like at home. It is located on a very beautiful beach with crystal clear water and a reef of the beach which you can snorkel. Food is excellent and if you want other restrauntants its a short walk on the beach. Everything you need is located at this beach so it is perfect just to enjoy and relax away on the neach and sun.

Mosiquitos so bring repellent.

Privacy of room and all staff so kind

Wouldnt give us key to room until last.moment when room just sitting there while we sweating and over heating and suffering from heat exhausted. No welcome drink or cool towel. No one told us about kyak. Pool was treated with chlorine and no sign was posted and we went in the water and they never closed off pool. And they treat the pool in the middle of the day and don't rope it off so swam in it and it's so unhealthy. And they close the pool at 18:30. That's crazy. Why would they do that. Why couldn't we use pool while waiting for the room since they still gy and won't let us in room. They seriously need to look at how they accommodate arriv8ng guests that have traveled far and in the heat as it was over 40° 😑

It is at the BEST spot of Ko Samed. Very spacious room. Very beautiful beach. The bathroom was heaven. The pillows were extremely hard & we could not get any softer ones.

There are 2 receptionists: One of them is smiling/ laughing all the time. The other one is only sulking: With the expression of a police- woman. Both of them are equally non- helpfull. Whether because of their English level or the attitude problem of Thais; I do not know. But even getting the most simple answer to a most simple problem (Could you organize a trolley for our luggage on our departure date/ time?) Was a : huge huge hassle. They do NOT answer!!!!

Amazing hotel location our room was right on the beachfront looking out to sea. This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel this time we had an upgraded room. The last time we stayed here our room had no wardrobe or drawers to store any clothing in this room had a wardrobe and drawers which made all the difference. Also my partner didn’t like the fact there was no full length mirror in the room..

An excellent location on the Island. Perfect for families with children. The private beach of the hotel and the color of the sea water is stunning. If you're looking for party and nightlife, don't come here. Also, I would recommend to rent a scooter, because to visit the island by feet is not possible. The people working at C Samet Beach Resort are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean and the beds are huge. There is also a restaurant that serves very good food. If we come back to the island we will defenately come back to this place!

There was nothing I didn't like. Maybe it would be a nice futur project for them to rent out scooters to their guests. Because to rent a scooter, you have to go to the center of the village or to the harbour.

This is an (underrated) authentic and beautiful place. Everything is simple but good and you’d see traces of nature and time, with a rustic quality that inspires one to really appreciate the sea and nature around. Has a real nice private beach. The big rock in the bathroom is kick-ass. Better than any posh resort I’d expect.

I had to turn off the refrigerator to sleep at night. Meaning some of the facilities are old, yet it’s a minor problem considering its overall quality.
