1. The location is very strategic. Walking distance to all Cenang's attractions. 2. Good value for money for resort located by the beach. Direct access to the beach was convinece. 3. The staff was helpful

1. The pillow was very thin and very old..They need to change pillow to hotel standard. 2. The shower mode is fixed. We cannot change the water mode. 3. There was no water issue during my stay. So inconvience.

Perfect position on the island in front of the beach. Amazing breakfast position with sea view. The price is very affordable. Water, shampoo and shower gel in the room I think that 20 years ago was the best in the area, now it is a little bit old

In the room we had the closed door connecting two rooms. It's very uncomfortable to hear everything behind the door, especially during the night we couldn't sleep because of the noise. People treat this hotel as a hostel, children were playing football on the corridor. The staff doesn't smile at all, they seem to be unhappy that tourists even come there.

Excellent location right on the main beach. Breakfast was really good with a nice view over the ocean. Daily cleaning of the room. The room and bathroom were very spacious with a great layout. We also had a nice view over the swimming pool and beach. We were right opposite the best duty free shop that caters for all the chocoholics as well as the alcoholics lol. The hotel offers excellent value for your money. And of course the beds were very comfortable.

Not necessarily something the hotel has control over, but the loud live music on the beachfront echoes through your room throughout the night till 2 in the mornings. The fire show is nice, but personally I think there is no need for the DJ to carry on the way he does, depriving everyone of their sleep. It is bearable if you have a short stay, but wow it's annoying should you be kept out of your sleep for days in and days out. If it wasn't for this disturbing noise, I would give the hotel 10 out of 10.

When we got in our room, the toilet was already broken and was spilling water everywhere. The room also wasn't like in the pictures of booking.com. So i went to the lobby to complain about it. The lady was very friendly but told me she couldn't do anything about it. I told her it was not her fault but if she's at that moment working in the lobby she should help me. After 15 minutes they gave us another room to check out. That room was on the 3th floor, on the roof. Great location of the room. Unfortunately at night when it started raining, water was leaking into the room at 2 different spots. So we got another room, again. This time they helped us with our luggage. The breakfast is very basic, not great but ok. Good for a few days. The location is really perfect. You only have to live with the music from the beach because there's a fireshow every evening 'till 00.30am. It didn't bother us. The pool is very nice.

The hotel is right at Cenang beach, we could see the beautiful beach view from our room’s window. The room is cleaned everyday, the bathrooms have separate shower space which I liked. The location is the best as it is right infront of Cenang Mall with lots of restaurants. The breakfast was malaysian food which was delicious, loved Nasi Lemak and fried noodles.

The sink gets clogged up very fast.

Location is very near to the beach. Just beside dataran chenang. Near to everywhere. Shop, beach, makan stall, mall, atm machine, convenience store. Breakfast is delicious. Eventhough not so many choice, but the taste is good. Room is spacious. Bed comfy.

No car park. Have to park at langgura baroon or try luck along the road (only inside the box) or you will get a summon ticket from majlis. Our room at level 4, the water pressure very2 low and one morning no water supply. So we have to call the hotel and wait 30 minutes before the water resume back. Noisy at night because there are a dancing robot with loud music at the dataran. But ok for us because we sleep late. They will stop around 11pm.

The scenery is beautiful, directly in front the beach. During evening time quite crowded with people but offer many waters sport activity.Many stalls selling product along the beach along with fireworks show. In front of the resort, there is many shops and restaurant nearby, very easy access only by walking. Highly recommended for family with children. Room quite comfortable with interconnecting room offered with my children. The stay is very value for the money.

Location, close to beach, breakfast in restaurant was excellent, lift- for person with limited mobility was very handy.

Curtain was coming off the hook and so let some light in- window too high for us to fix. Not the motel fault, but room was on the main road, and straight across from restaurant with very bright lighting.

The location is very strategic, so near to few duty free shops. Beach is just behind the resort, great night activity & safe stroll by the beach at night. Breakfast was sufficient serving.

Just that the swimming pool was under maintenance during our stay but still acceptable as the beach is just across it. Prefer room with sea view, do ask for it. If there is a way to keep the crows away frm the breakfast area, will b excellent. The droppings are seen at some areas.
