Great location, beautiful room. My husband and I stopped in here for one night during our road trip. The room was very clean and spacious. We also had our dog with us. We ordered room service and it was delicious. The breakfast was also great in the morning.

We weren’t aware of the $75 charge for our dog until we arrived at the hotel. Honestly I think $75 is overpriced for the amount of time we actually stayed in this room. I don’t mind paying a fee but you should be made aware of this before booking and the amount should be less. Even though the room was great, i don’t think I’d want to pay this again when other hotels we stayed at didn’t charge us anything for our dog.

Very polite and helpful staff. Very nice and convenient location, easy access to all your needs. Good breakfast, they could use more people to make food and fill empty jug of milk and pot of coffee!

I have stayed in this hotel before and most of the time had the room in the same area on the same floor. This time the room was too noisy, some motor like noise. We had no time to complain and change the room. I am sure hotel would have solved the issue if we had let them know about the noise.

room was spacious, clean, people were nice (check in, bartender and waitstaff)

the food was subpar and restaurant service was slow only 1 server for restaurant and room service orders. had to ask 2x for condiments (were given very small sour cream containers) was upgraded to Junior suite (because of availablity and was told I would pay the same price. The price was a definite increase

inclusive drinks, snacks and breakfast. we also liked the location of the hot tub set near but around the corner of the swimming pool to be somewhat secluded. the bed was not too soft and not too hard. we liked the walk in shower. the decor in the lobby is very modern yet unique. we liked the music playing at breakfast.

we wished checkout was at a later time.

staff friendliness, clean environment and the refreshing smell as soon as you walk into the facility. To top it all, the breakfast was phenomenal!!!

The refrigerator in our room was not cooling very well and the bathtub had some meadow area around the corner that will need a little more cleaning .

The breakfast and the staff in dining room and kitchen were excellent. Friendly and helpful. Great meal. The young lady at reception when we checked in was so friendly and welcoming and fun! She had us laughing! Wonderful greeting!

Bathroom wasn’t as clean as we would expect for the price of this room. Everything else was exceptional!

The hotel was very nice -- not exceptional, but very nice. Every staff member we encountered was very pleasant, professional, friendly and welcoming. Food was decent. Although we didn't participate, "happy hour" (can't remember what you call it) was a nice touch.

Only had 1/2 roll of TP in bathroom on check-in. No lotion (and hard water made skin very dry.) It was a room meant to accommodate 2-4 people and only had 2 regular coffee pods. But I do understand that if you stock a lot many people will just take them home which would cause you to go through a lot more than you should. Mainly I didn't realize the hotel was in such an industrial-looking area -- but that's not your fault, We just didn't know.

Recently updated. Enjoyed the on site dinner as well as complimentary drinks and breakfast. Very quiet and comfortable room.

I was surprised that this style hotel suite was not 2 rooms.

Nice and quiet very peaceful loved all the big windows so you can see out. Very clean

The bed to me was to hard. But ever one else with me loved it.
