My two Son's and I embarked on a European adventure from Canada, and our first stop was Munich for a night, to which we enjoyed the luxuries of The Blutenburg before heading to Switzerland. After visiting Munich and seeing the location of our hotel when returning to Minich from Italy 11 days later, we immediately canceled and rebooked with The Blutenburg, and they took us back no questions and was definitely a smoother transit to airport. The owners were awesome and made us feel at home the moment we arrived both times. We had the suite, which is a 2 bedroom apartment with all the amenities, including underground parking. Definitely recommended for those in the Munich area.

Everything was perfect. Spacious apartment with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The manager was very friendly and gave us all the necessary information. The apartment also has a parking space in the garage, which is accessible 24/7. There is a market under the hotel, which has everything you need. Access to the city is very easy.

There was no air conditioning. However, we knew this in advance from the apartment description so it is not a proper dislike :).

Cleaness, calm, for the room on the other part of the road is perfect - no noise,very good wi-fi For the room with the face on road, during the weekend, is ok - less noise. Free and underground parking Large terrase - shared with all rooms on the same side

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and good. The room was clean and tidy

When my son went for breakfast later than us there was barely anything left. But we did not have to pay for this.

Excellent location and staff went out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel welcomed. Definitely recommended to anyone who is in the area.

There should be a night light in the bathroom to prevent stumbling around in the dark. There is no elevator so getting luggage upstairs was a bit difficult but our host was very helpful in this regard

Low cost, very clean. A basic hotel and a good value.

We arrived after the reception was closed and couldn't get in the parking garage. But with the access codes we had received, we got into the room very easily. The mattress wasn't very comfortable.

The staff were excellent, very friendly. I had a couple of requests and they accommodated me no problem.

Super friendly and attentive staff. They kept our reservation even though there had been a glitch on the payment system. Breakfast is good value for money. Good parking facilities available.
