excellent spacious family room. lovely and clean and comfortable

One of the reasons we booked was because there was a restaurant next door which would’ve been great for our 1 night stop over whilst driving from Spain to the tunnel. unfortunately their menu was very limited and didn’t suit our family so we ended up driving out. lovely drive down to biarritz and easily sorted but might not be ideal for those looking to relax after a long drive. This most certainly isn’t a negative about the hotel, which was lovely, and we have not marked the hotel down as it’s not to do with them - just a note to other travellers who may be in similar situation.

Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. We were travelling with 3 children and 3 dogs and the hotel was very accommodating in every way.

There wasn't much for the children at breakfast time in the morning so if any feedback it would be to add a few more cooked items for breakfast.

Everything that we needed was there and nothing was too much trouble for the staff

The signage outside could be better as we struggled to find it. Google was sending us the wrong way and because it was dark we didn’t see the sign.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't have the breakfast, but this hotel was in a good location for our trip. Easy parking in front of the hotel. The Air Conditioning was great and the shower very nice. Bed too was comfortable.

Perfect for a stopover or transit. We travelled with a dog and the accommodation and area around is perfect for staying with our pet

A bit outside of the main stream locations… only few dining options. Possibly, we could have ordered food via app.

In our opt a good hotel when you to travel further next day. Friendly staff and even very soft, good beds. Our airco did for sure his task, sometimes we are disappointed even in more expensive hotels.

No restaurant open, while it’s there. But we had still some food so we didn’t have to go out in the neighbourhood.

Convenient location, safe parking, polite helpful reception staff. Access to Microwave and fridge facilities very useful.

Had difficulty in finding the property as not clearly signposted from roundabout.

Hotel is situated just outside of town so nice and quiet and less than 10 mins from the centre

As we had a dog we had to have breakfast outside, this area would have been better if it was cleaned.

The staff, it was clean functional and had good access to the motorway

The toilet was separate from the bathroom and in a cupboard type thing which felt a bit weird

stayed before clean and functional near to the main roads

stayed a Monday night no food on the premises or nearby after driving miles .. tired and had to go out again in the car to find somewhere to eat
