Excellent location very close to the Theato Massimo and Capo market. Good communication from Guido and other staff were helpful and friendly. We were able to drop our bags off early before our room was ready. Breakfast was simple but plentiful - enough to set you up for a day's exploring! Good shower.

Although tea/coffee facilities are available outside of breakfast hours (in the breakfast room), we could not find any milk/creamer. Access via the spiral staircase was fine for us but could be difficult for someone less mobile. Room description of 'superior' slightly misleading (simply furnished, tea/coffee not in the room)

The room had everything I needed! A comfy bed, wifi that worked, a desk to work from, staff who were helpful and friendly. The hosts aren't there when you arrvive, but instructions to enter are detailed. Guido even messaged me to make sure I understood everything. Breakfast was more than adequate as well with fresh croissants, all the continental breakfast favourites, fruit salad (which was really tasty), ham and cheese, fresh bread, cereals, toast, yoghurts, juice, eggs made how you like them, and coffee to order! I'd return for sure just for the breakfast!

Not a problem for me, despite my 70 years and with a 20kg suitcase, but the spiral staircase would challenge some people, and all 45 steps! See pix! Might be wise to travel light.

What a lovely stay. Perfect location in the heart of Palermo. Key code to get into the building then given the keys to bedroom and outside doors. Clean and tidy, great shower. WiFi was good. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were very friendly. Close to market, restaurants and bars as well as historic sites.

Busy outside the apartments until the afternoon so parking can be tricky right outside until about 3pm. There is a nearby carpark if you can’t find a free spot outside, I think it was €14 for the day. Apartment rooms were on the second floor, but we knew that before we booked/arrived, so we were prepared for the climb. There was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke when we arrived, which came from the owners office, it was really off putting but thankfully it had not travelled to our room!

Decent location with parking nearby - v important in Palermo. Arrived late but our host Guido provided good instructions for entering the building. The accommodation was very pleasant and clean with friendly staff and a nice breakfast. Palermo parking can be tricky so we left the car outside for a couple of days whilst exploring. We took a walking tour and the office was right next door to the B&B so it’s a great location if you want to tour with the nice people at the Tourist Hub and Cookjng School next door.

What a great 😌 place to see Palermo! Guido was very helpful in allowing us to stay in the same room ( we booked separate dates) The room was large, clean, with air conditioning and lots of storage space. The bathroom was fine with lots of hot water and fresh towels when needed. The breakfast was good with typical breakfast food: breads, meats, cheese, cereal, fruit, yogurt, eggs coffee. Everything you might want to start your day. Location was perfect with a bus stop right outside the door to get you to Central and onward. One of the main streets just 3 minutes away starting at the Opera House. Food, clothing, souvenirs etc line the streets north to south and east to west!! Take a walking tour!! It’s a great way to see some of the main sights. Check in was easy with codes provided for all the doors. Thanks Guido for allowing us the opportunity to stay at your guesthouse. Peter and Trudy

Nice b&b for a short stay. The location is perfect, very close to the historic center. We liked the self check-in with a code. The room was clean and big, just like in the photos. The best thing about our stay was the breakfast and the very nice lady who served us coffee :) It was a breakfast buffet - eggs, cold cuts, croissants (amazing!), cookies, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit. Check out was at 11, but she let us leave our bags for as long as we needed which was great for us as we had to wait a few hours for our next check in at a different place.

Most of the rooms are directly connected to the breakfast room, so you will hear the staff preparing breakfast from 7:30. Then, you will hear people eating. We got up early so it wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s not ideal if you want to sleep in. Also, the mattress in our room was uncomfortable, would be nice to replace it. The staircase is really narrow and steep.

First, we were pretty satisfied with the hotel's facilities, such as the bathroom, bed size, room size, etc. Apart from that, the breakfast we had was a superb one. Therefore, from these aspects, I recommend this place to travelers. You will also be satisfied with the hotel's location.

But we booked this place mainly because of the parking they must have provided. We had to find a parking space for our vehicle. If you don't offer such an opportunity, why are you pretending that you do? Another thing that bothered me was that almost (since I didn't check) the doors of all rooms opened into a single room, which was the room where we had our breakfast. Let's let the couples planning to travel here know there is no elevator.

Facilities are all perfect for what you need whilst travelling or staying in Palermo. The rooms are a good size and are very clean. The breakfast is a good mixture of bread, fruit, cereals etc. The location is pefect and is very central to all of the central hotspots Guido sent us clear instructions one day before our stay so that we could access the room easily and quickly Many thanks to Guido and his staff member!

The location was a surprise and it was an added bonus. The room was clean and spacious, including the bathroom. The changing light colors in the shower were great to watch! The bed was also very comfortable. Probably the highlight of my stay was the breakfast. A full breakfast was available and the staff were always ready to assist. It was nice to meet Guido as I left. Would definitely return if in Palermo.

The location is great. Central but quiet at night. Parking spots in front of the house for free. Very clean. Cute details with tiles and lights etc. All necessary info was received upfront.

Breakfast is OK, not great. Safe wasn’t working. Neither with numbers, nor with the key. I didn’t feel that comfortable with all the cameras in the main areas. 2nd floor, very tight staircase, no elevator.
