Staff were very responsive & welcoming. The location is superb, close to the marina & in the historic centre. The junior suite I was in had lovely city views from its 3 balconies - the photos provided did not do it justice! Overall, I had a lovely experience and would visit again.

Given the location, it was quite noisy at night over the weekend, but this likely goes with the territory, in the heart of the historic centre. This didn't bother me much as I'm a deep sleeper, but light sleepers looking to book, be warned. The bedspread had light staining and should be thoroughly cleaned or ideally changed. Otherwise, the room and en suite were spotless. The en suite requires an upgrade of the shower, as the chrome was corroded and the shower cubicle itself is a little on the tight side. That said, the WC and basin had already been upgraded and appeared fairly new. The balconies require maintenance to the shutter restraints, as some of the shutters could not be fixed open and kept closing in wind gusts.

Great staff and even better location. The hotel is located in the vibrant downtown, all the bars and restaurants within walking distance. Marina is just at the end of the street.

The shower hose had some leaks in it which made it difficult to take a shower. This was announced at the reception during the check out procedure.

Great location in the heart of Palermo, clean room and comfortable staying. The girl on the reception was also very friendly and helpful!

The only downfall is that we experienced a power outage in our room on the first night of our stay which took quite a while to resolve. After an hour plus of waiting we were given a bigger room.

Simple close to the bus station and restaurant and good price simple good staff

The breakfast is goed. Lot of choices of food. Location is few minutes away from Massimo Theater, surrounded of restaurants and shops. Botanical garden, Mercado, supermarket, tourist information, harbor and hop on/hop off stop 2 is 4 minutes walk.

Wifi is not working during our stay. Hope will be repair soon. This is one important service to the clients.

Location was very good. Farhana at reception was really friendly and helpful. Nice view from the balcony.

The shower was extremely small. I am slim, and still found it difficult to shower in. Could do with an extra sink as we were three people. And space wise, the second room was quite small. Would be good if the hotel offered us an iron.

This the second time we have stayed and will return when we come back to Parlemo which I am sure we will. the hotel is located in a lively part of town with everything you need close to the hotel trains, main areas and such. hotel is clean, tidy and got all that require for a city break. breakfast in the usual continental style of which was plentiful and tasty. staff were great as always even putting up with my attempts at Italian as still learning lol.

Great location. The staff was incredibly helpful with us. The room actually exceeded our expectations and looked better than in the pictures. The windows were nearly soundproof, we could sleep decently despite loud live music right across the street.

Nothing....everything perfect

This is a small boutique hotel at the north end of the city's historic core, right near the small craft harbor. There are a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. In fact, everything in the historic district of Palermo is a short walk away. The room was large and comfortable (except for the shower in the bathroom). The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

The capsule shower was very small. There was barely enough to soap up and shampoo. The neighborhood is very lively, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby, which is good, but the liveliness continues late into the night and, sometimes, early into the morning, and the room can be very noisy. It woke me up on more than one occasion.
