Surprisingly, it was only 10-15mins from everything we wanted to do (main TN attractions). The free breakfast is where you get your bang for your buck.

Room didn't have any views (no mountain or water), but you get what you pay for... and I'd still use them again 😃

The location is fantastic. Very close to Rock City Garden, Ruby Falls and Lookout Mountain. Walking distance to Wendys and also 3 min drive to Walmart. The breakfast is typical american with pancakes, blueberrie muffins and a small hamburger, scramble eggs and toast with jam. We really missed cheese, ham and boiled eggs otherwise it was okey. Free parking just outside the hotel. The hotel is old but the room were clean and the shower okey and comfortable beds. Watch out for the legs on the bed, the are sticking out sharp. The hotel staff were nice and friendly. Fast Wi-Fi.

The legs on the bed is sharp. Both of us hurt our legs on the corner of the bed. So watch out. We missed cheese, ham and boiled eggs on the breakfast. The carpet is old.

Love that all the rooms are pet friendly with a hard floor and no carpeting. Makes the room feel cleaner too. Been coming to this hotel for a few year. It's getting cleaner and less tired looking. The new coat of paint on the outside looks great. Love the location at the base of the mountain.

The hall carpets are needing replaced. Breakfast open 30 minutes longer and keeping hot food stocked right up until the end would be great. We travel a long way and are very tired when we arrive. It's hard to get up super early and be ready for the day.

Location is great and the views were nice. The hotel is older but still in decent shape and clean. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was also a nice perk as it was real food and not just cereal.

The only issue we had was the room key kept deactivating almost every time we tried to use it. They said it happens sometimes and they are looking to change the locks so hopefully that will help with this issue. Otherwise everything was really good.

This was easy access from our trip route. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and everything worked. For the price, the room was better than expected.

The shower/tub could use attention. The overflow of shower water has created a condition that is not conducive to a wood trim. If I were maintenance, I would replace the wall boards and tub trim with a waterproof material and make sure it is appropriately sealed. The presence of mold is kind of off putting.

Outside apperance... impressive Greeted by Ingrid, so upbeat & helpful - great recommendation for restaurant nearby which we enjoyed Room was spacious with excellent layout & comfortable furniture... bed was very supportive Everything was SO CLEAN! Dove products available speaks volumes in regard for guest comfort Will recommend to others

Superior view of Lookout Valley, sunrise/sunsets and Lookout Mountain. Well trained, friendly and organized staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. FREE BREAKFAST AND COFFEE! Shopping, food, sites all in walking distance. Easy access to exits to Downtown Shopping and Tourism.

The hotel met all my needs and I'd recommend to any traveler passing through!

Exceeded expectations, especially for the price. It was a late night, last minute booking I made after driving for 12 hours and was a bit nervous however when I got there it was super clean the staff was very friendly and accommodating and not to mention the beautiful view of the mountains while tucked away in a little part of town. I will be back to check out this town.

The only comment I could make as far as a downside would be parking It was very hard to find a spot and all parking was on a steep hill.

The room was a nice size. The staff was so nice and helpful. Was charged, by accident, for two rooms. Staff was very nice and helpful in getting it taken care of. Location was good. Lots of stuff near by. Was very appreciative of being placed in a room at end of hallway.

Breakfast was the same everyday. We stayed three nights would have loved to had something different. Gravy and biscuits would have been awesome. We were in the south.

We stayed here because we wanted to be close to Ruby Falls, which was a few miles away. The room had a king size bed and modern updates! A free continental breakfast was good.
