Everything was phenomenal! I cannot recommend this place enough. The location is absolutely lovely, it's literally ten seconds from the beach. Unfortunately it was high tide so there wasn't a lot of sand for us to sit on, but the local town and scenery was well worth the trip. The room was cute and lovely and clean, it had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and accommodating, and gave us a great recommendation for a local theater turned bar and event venue (we even got a last minute comedy show!) I will absolutely be visiting here again if we ever make our way back to Maine :)

Be careful driving up, the main sign is not super lit at night so it's hard to see

The location was to die for. Ocean on one side and march on the other. We watched the sunset in the evening and then the sunrise the next morning. The room was decorated beautifully and was very comfortable. We had gliders on the back porch and chairs on the front porch. It was a very short walk to the beach ( just across the road). We wish we could have stayed longer and will stay there again if we get the chance. Loved loved loved the place.

Great Cottage! Full kitchen, Keurig. Partial sea view - it's just across the street with several beach areas close by (short walk). Wildlife preserve adjacent. Cable TV. Dustin was great - showed us around & explained everything. Recommend the Marginal Trail - short drive away. Lots of restaurants, bars close by.

Weather was 90 the 1st day, then 65 the next which was OK with us!!

We liked the location and our room was nice and very clean. The balcony was a nice place to sit and read. Dustin, our host, was exceptional and was quick to respond with any questions.

The down side was the room was smaller than expected and it did not have a table and chairs so it was difficult to bring a carry out to the room. Also, the only place to sit and watch TV was on the bed.

Dustin is very personable and easy to get in touch with if there were any questions. The location of the cottages are in between crescent beach and the marsh. The sunsets are gorgeous! The cottage was very clean, and had that old time Maine cottage feel.

Having to go home!

Location was perfect so close to ocean! Easy to get sunrise and sunset pictures just a minute away. Staff was great, personal, and the place was clean.

The beds could have been more comfortable for us. We didn't sleep very well in them. Other furniture was good and comfy.

The host was very friendly, knowledgeable about the area.The rooms were comfortable, variety of furniture for relaxing inside and out. Great location, beach is a 3 minute walk, marshlands in back with chairs to enjoy the tranquility. Fairly walkable area. Lots of attractions nearby.

The location is excellent. And my room was extremely clean. The room also had a nice balcony, and there was a sea view in the distance.

There was a lot of noise in the street area very early in the morning. It sounded like the engine of a truck, banging sounds and loud talking around 6:30 to 7 am.

Motel does not serve breakfast but many places available within a short car ride, restaurants,grocery store. Coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator in room. Owner met us at our car and went out of his way to help w our luggage and cooler as we were on the second floor.

Location. Well-stocked kitchen. Very welcoming management.

Everything was great! This was our first stay. Next time we will get a cottage with a marsh view to take advantage of the gorgeous sunsets!
