We had a nice time at The Art house overall. Location is top notch, only a few minute drive to the city centre, 40 minutes from lake Bled, 30 minutes from Postojna Caves and even Trieste in Italy which we visited as well (1.2 hour drive :D) The apartments are clean, spacious, well lit and the heating was really good. Kitchen is equiped with everything you need to cook a meal if you like and the duplex apartment comes with 2 separate bathrooms. Next to the building there is a train track and a beautiful field which made the breakfasts amazing! Parking was huge and the wifi was fast, higly recommend for digital nomads.

The sound proofing is basically non existent, but that's not a dealbreaker for this place.

The property itself is spacious, clean and at close proximity to Ljubljana. There is a nice Terrace for kids to play and the parking is at right in the front of the apartment door, hence easy loading / unloading. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The water heater needs some time to heat. if four people try to get the shower one after the other won't work. It might be each have to wait about 10 - 15 mins for water to be boiled. but this was not a big deal for us. Also worth noting the good A/C.

Good location just outside the city, ample parking, lovely decorated and new-looking ground floor apartment. Couch bed was great for our 3-year old (it's not full length so doesn't accommodate an adult), the full bed very comfortable and air conditioning in the living room was bliss in the summer heat. Very friendly and helpful staff, would certainly recommend.

Not much to dislike, the only minor inconvenience for us was that the airco unit is positioned right above the couch and although it was definitely powerful enough to reach the bedroom, we had to turn it off during the night to keep from freezing our toddler on the couch. As a result the bedroom temperature became uncomfortably warm again.

Although we just stayed here 1 night but we loved it. The location is great, especially if you have a car. The feel is of countryside, yet it is just 10 min drive from the city. It has ample parking. Žiga, the host is very friendly and welcoming. He also gave us nice tips for dinner and lunch. The appartments are cozy and clean with amenities like small kitchen, kettle, coffee machine, and a TV. It also has refrigerator. The coffee, water bottles and wine bottles are completely complementary. In the morning, we strolled nearby close to the fields and it was a lovely walk.

Location was excellent for myself as I was driving and not too far for Ljubljana city centre. Free parking in front of the property. Excellent facilities, clean white linen and towels, comfortable beds and a very clean place. The place had air condition and was fresh to beat the heat. Massive thank you to staff - žiga- who helped us in and made us welcome and helped us with some inquiries about Ljubljana and how to get there.

We traveled Ljubljana just for 1 night stay there as had an appointment in the morning, but were quite satisfied wit the appartment. The host was very friendly and helpful, there were no problem to receive the keys, the check in was quite fast in spite some issue with the registration system. The appartment was really clean, the bed was great to rest afetr several hours driving, tea and coffe tabs were abailable.

Maybe the only comments that is not an issue, but important for family travellers, the sofa located in the kitches is a bit small for 8 y.o child,

The apartment was brand new. Size is perfect for a family of 4. It is located 10-15 minutes by car to the center of Ljubljana The guy in reception was extremely kind, gave us useful advice to visit Ljubljana

It is a perfect place to use it as base to visit Ljubljana or surroundings, counting on moving yourself with car. There is nothing in walking distance (cafes, shops or restaurants) so

Doors close with some noise which troubled the neighbours. There was some issue with them as we were big group with kids, so frequent movement could not be prevented and we had to be super cautious. I would suggest owner should try and do some soundproofing and fix door closure with some shock absorbing materials. This would make everything 10/10.

Žiga was very nice host, very welcoming even when we arrived later than we planned. He explained all about apartment, he was even very prompt to fulfill my extra wish after we arrived - great customer attitude indeed! The apartment and the whole house of apartments is new, built in modern style, well equipped, we didn't miss anything during our stay. Beautiful pieces of arts on the walls, nice modern design. 10 minutes driving to center of Ljublana. We definitely recommend to visit!

Nicely furnished new apartments near Ljubljana. Approx 10 minutes to the city centre. Apartments are near fields, so it can be a little bit stinky from the outside. We felt really cosy. Everything you will need in the apartment for a few nights stay.

No elevator if you are coming with a lot of luggage, but it’s just one floor. Also easy breakfast option would be a nice touch.
