Very beautiful, clean and big apartment. It is equipped with all the things necessary for a few days (towels, soap, kitchen) Communication with Mario was very easy and he gave us all the important informations like parking spots and how to enter the apartment a few days before we arrived. During the stay he responded very quick and was very helpful when we had a question. The location is perfect for a Tuscany-holiday. Close to the apartment are lots of restaurants, a huge supermarket and bakeries.

Very nice. Near a grocery store. Quiet, although earlier there was a person practicing a saxophone in a nearby apartment.

The high table and chairs in the kitchen are pretty, but not very functional. The doorway is on a very steep incline and maybe not appropriate for people with mobility issues. I don't mind taking the trash to recycling, but it is a little inconvenient that I have to return with the card.

Very good location, nicely renovated old house, beautiful bathroom, however not really functional. Good air-conditioning and wifi which is not always good in Italy in old houses

Everything was good, except that the floor was dirty. We walked barrfoot and our feet were dirty after having a shower and walking in the flat. The host was not really nice in texting although answered to everything quickly

The best was the 2 seater bath in the room and good view to the town.The owner was very helpful but I did not meet him. Decoration of the flat is also unic and nice.

The only thinknis the parking.You need to walk 5 minutes to the parking area. You can not drive to the street only if you fill out the some form before.There are camera system on the streets. The owner will help you with it.

We loved Colle Val d'Elsa the beautiful and peaceful old town and lively new town with many cafes, shops and a supermarket. The apartment was awesome and really deserves the word luxury. Check in and out is very easy and Mario gave us all the instructions and information we could need.

Location is excellent, close to supermarket (Conad), restaurants and the main square. Mario was very friendly and helpful. Room was very modern and confortable with new kitchen appliances, a confortable bed and nice bathroom.

Ee had the White room. Very large room, very clean (looks brand new), confortable bed. Location is excellent, close to big CONAD grocery store. A good spot in Colle.

1) No in-person contact with host, but of course that is a personal preference. 2) There’s a fridge and 2-burner induction stovetop but counter space is very, very limited. Irrelevant if you don’t plan to cook.

Excellent communication with host. Very much appreciated being able to check in earlier as the room was ready. Self check in very easy Location on the via francigena. 10 min uphill walk to the old town. Easy few minutes walk to good bus connection Apartment felt luxurious. Modern decor. Spacious. Bed super comfy. Very good value for money for the night I booked. Highly recommend

A large, modern, fully renovated room in an old Tuscan house - a short, albeit steep walk uphill to the beautiful, upper part of Colle di Val d'Elsa's historic centre.
