Overall the location was perfect in the downtown, the room was clean and the facility are excellent, the only draw back is the cleaning crew is not available 24 hours which was not dealbreaker for me, the Wi-Fi coverage and internet speed was more then good i was streaming Youtube with no issues.

The staff were cooperative, nice and very polite the location of the hotel was near to downtown and other facilities.

Well, I spent two nights and decided to extend one more night, then they shifted me from 4th floor to 9th floor due to reservations (that's fine) but insulation in that room was terrible and I believe in all rooms I couldn't seelp from tv noise and conversations coming from the adjacent room.i did not face that problem in my previous room maybe because it was not occupied.pleeas look in the insulation issue the hotel is wonderful but with insulation issue it is a real problem when it comes to hotels.

Good location, staff are very supportive and welcoming.

The bed was broken and not very comfortable to sleep on. We were there for one night between flights and were so tired but unfortunately had the worst night ever. We booked a room with two children and when we arrived there were nothing for the kids in the room and have had to call the reception requesting beds for them - who honestly did his best to arrange it quickly.

The hotel is located at walking distance from the Kuwait Towers and some nice beaches, near bus stops, mini markets and restaurants. Our room was large and comfortable, with a very nice view from the window. Moreover the staff helped us going out in the hottest hours of the day by giving us the hotel umbrella. We would certainly recommend this choice.

Breakfast could be included in the price.

It was really great experience, the staff was very friendly. The room was very spacious and very comfortable. I didn't expect to be this big it felt great for our trip oh the shower was amazing. Definitely we will book with them again. Thanks

Only one mattress in our room was not balanced but it was not a big deal. Everything was really good 👍

The roads around the hotel needs to be enhanced.

The room and the toilet are clean and big in size Checking in and out of the hotel was quick and professional Car park is available in a common yard near the hotel

Clean, super staff, there are helpfull, kind and very informative. They make my stay very comfortable.

Missing breakfast so you need to pay for sandwishes and coffe in their Cafe bar in hotel as there us no place around that can provide breakfast:-(

The staff , at the reception helped me to much ( guy called pantaxh ) he was so frendly and helped to request a taxi to the airport, and the driver taxi was an amazing person and also so frendly .

Hotel was very clean and also had a good location close to the city centre. Staff was very helpful, they took care about us more than we expected. Definitely recommend
