Second time we have stayed at hotel indigo Seminyak and we can't fault one thing such a relaxing place everyone is so kind, helpful and facilitating. They are constantly cleaning always on top of everything even servicing rooms in evening if you are happy for them to do so.. It's great so much attention to detail. Never have a ever wanted to return to a hotel so bad that I booked it again second time 6 months after our first stay! Great location too so much happening beach front and heaps of restaurants! You won't regret booking here!

Nothing everything is exceptional

The whole experience was exceptional. The hotel is stunning and located just a few minutes away from Seminyak beach. The staff was so ready to help, I would mention that we had to request drinks and food to the room a few times and they would bring it in a minute. They would take your request very seriously and help in a minute. The breakfast was so rich and nice. If you need an excellent treat, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, my partner got food poisoning and the hotel helped us to call a doctor. The fees for the doctor were relatively high but we found out that the price was this high just because the hotel added charges on top of the doctor’s fees. I personally think this was unfair to add charges for a phone call they did. As clients of that hotel, and especially when it’s a health issue, they should not take advantage and add charges and take advantage of every kind of situation to make money.

No smart TV, no cable channels, no option to watch any sport, TV channel content very poor and not worth watching, small TV

My partner and I loved this resort. The staff were always friendly and helpful and readily available. The room was spacious, comfy and had everything we could imagine. We appreciated little food gifts that appeared every couple of days and lots of free drinking water that was restocked each day. The bed was super comfy and whilst I didn't like the initial pillows we used the pillow menu to order ones that suited us better. The breakfast buffet at Makase was amazing! It had everything you could think of including eggs Benedict, shakshuka, made to order mee goreng, sushi, barista made coffee and plenty more. The pools were lovely with attentive staff and the hotel has an exit near the beach which was great at sunset to grab a drink right on the beach and watch live entertainment. We will definitely recommend and plan to come back.

The place was so big I got lost a lot, and the map wasn't very helpful, but I figured it out eventually! The doona was a bit thick for me but I'm a hot sleeper.

The rooms are very spacious, staff was helpful and very friendly, we enjoyed breakfast every morning, we travel a lot but this was the biggest and most versatile choices I have ever seen at a buffet breakfast.

Sorry but there was nothing I did not like, the location is perfect, close to the beach shops and restaurants.

Hotel Indigo was exceptional. We were upgraded to the one bedroom Villa which was lovely. It was very well presented and had a stunning pool area. The staff, especially our butler Brama, were wonderful to us. I cannot recommend Hotel Indigo highly enough.

We liked absolutely everything: from the kind staff to the excellent facilities. The hotel is very clean and in an amazing location. The room is large with a comfortable bed, cleaned twice a day. There are several restaurants inside the hotel with very good food. We liked the pool area with enough space and privacy for all. The beach is a step away. If you like to be on a good location and feel relaxed, this is a right place, without crowds, loud music, and traffic chaos. We will definitely be back at the same hotel. I can’t recommend it more.

I had such an amazing stay at Indigo! It is exactly as seen in the photos. The location is perfect, it is set back a bit from the beach so you don’t hear the music from all the noise along the Seminyak beach strip, but can still access it quickly through a secure gate. The breakfast was the biggest I’ve ever seen, so much variety and runs from 6:30 - 11am so there’s plenty of time to try eat a bit of everything. Fresh and delicious too, I highly recommend including it with your stay. My room (Standard King with garden access) was beautiful, on the top floor (level 3) but there was easy access to lifts or stairs. It was very quiet at night, and the tv had a few good English movies or you could log into your own Netflix account. The bed and sheets were softer than my expensive ones back home! The little baskets of free fruit or chocolate left in the room every few days was a lovely gift to come back to after a day out. The gardens and pool areas were kept very clean with loads of sun lounges, and a few sun beds in the shade if you want a bit of privacy. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and happy to have a chat anytime. I will definitely be back!

The service by the pool was a bit slow

The resort is in a fabulous location, on Double-Six beach, rated one of the best beaches in Bali. The indoor and outdoor spaces are well decorated, with a quirky and colourful theme. The rooms have a fantastic layout - very chic and spacious, with a comfortable bed and pillows, and a balcony with a daybed and coffee table. The resort offers many daily activities to choose from including yoga, cycling and kids activities. There is a free shuttle to Seminyak Village that runs twice a day, making it more convenient to travel to the town. The resort is located right on the beach and there are many dining options to choose from, both inside and outside the resort. Sava Spa is probably the best spa experience I’ve had in Bali - the staff are exceptional and provide a wonderful service - definitely recommended. Room service was great, and so are the other dining options at the hotel. Pottery Cafe offers a delicious afternoon tea spread, while Makase serves a very good breakfast and the Tree Cafe offers a fun atmosphere and drinks. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Bali, and I will definitely be back!

This was our first stay here. From the moment we checked in, the hotel staff was very polite and attentive. The room we stayed in was magnificent. We had the opportunity to take beautiful photos both inside the hotel and in our room. The room service was very attentive. They came by a few times a day to check if we needed anything. The food was very good. Perhaps they could slightly expand the breakfast and dinner options. We used the pool multiple times. It was very clean and nice. The pool temperature was perfectly set for a refreshing dip—not too cold, not too warm, just right. Overall, it’s an excellent hotel. You can comfortably stay here in Seminyak.

The service staff at the hotel could have been more attentive. Our tables weren’t cleared after we finished our meals unless we specifically requested it. We experienced some issues with our orders. In particular, during breakfast, any extra items you request might arrive only at the end of the meal. While spending time by the pool, we faced situations where our orders took too long to arrive. On one occasion, our order was forgotten, and on another, the wrong order was delivered. Perhaps steps could be taken to improve this aspect.
